Panera Bread

Came in this evening for a late dinner and not only was the staff fast but they were supper friendly. Definitely made my night! Thank to the manager on duty for being so kind and tentative.

The Mediterranean sandwich is delicious. I eat it all the time ⭐

Soups & Macaroni & Cheese are delicious! Never disappointed!

We were so happy when a Panera opened up right in our neighborhood on Raeford Rd in Fayetteville. Unfortunately it went downhill fast. We love Panera and the Skibo location is great and consistent. The Raeford Rd location has a great design and is so peaceful inside and the first few weeks were great. My wife and I had a favorite spot to sit. Soon that favorite spot was consistently dirty. Next they were constantly out of items, then the presentation became sloppy, then the food itself was sub par and we even sent it back several times. Finally, all of that plus the bad service has permanently prevented us from going back. Not once in the past 8 visits was the food at this location anywhere close to what the standard is at other locations. Very disappointed.

The food is always good at Panera. It's the employees that aren't. They don't like to change their gloves, food drops on the floor they pick it up with those same gloves and continue fixing food. Wiping their face, clothes, NOT washing their hands. I think I going to call the Heth Department because they don't seem to grasp cross contamination and health codes. I shouldn't have to demand gloves to be changed or someone to clean their station before fixing my food; that should be apart of the routine

The food is always great, however the drive thru line is BEYOND SLOW in the mornings, I’m not sure about lunch time. If the drive thru does not speed up, I will have to give my business to the biscuit kitchen down the street.

While the staff was friendly and the food was good, the service was slooooow. We ordered 2 soups to dine in, & it took around 15 minutes to get the order, though the restaurant wasn't busy inside or outside. We'd probably think twice before coming back here, unless we really have time to burn.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. But I went for food since we were hungry and wasn’t very pleased. Bread on the sandwich was so toasted it crumbled cheese melted off and steak just stacked in the middle . Could of laid the steak out next time and took it out the oven 20 secs sooner . Not worth $40 . Grilled cheese was cooked separate so the cheese on one piece of toast was burnt and the bread didn’t even stay on . Bagel and blueberry muffin is good though. If your employee struggles to pulled bread apart or in half maybe you should use a knife and cut it so the bread isn’t smashed from you grabbing it . Mac n cheese was over cooked . Clean place and service 5 stars Food 3 stars

The turkey sandwich gave me plenty of energy and it was delicious!!!

Staff is friendly and the food is good, but this restaurant is extremely slow!! The cashier is the only person, and she tends to go to the back alot - leaving a lot of customers in line. This was during my 2nd visit. For my recent visit, they took too long with my order and there were barely any customers in the restaurant. It was only me and another customer. I only ordered fruit and a baked soufflé. The food was there, yet they took forever with my order. The cashier didn’t even bother to check on my order to see if it was ready. Instead she was making bagels. I feel that there need to be more than one cashier in the front. If customers are waiting then the cashier needs to follow up with cook instead of wandering off. I’m not dealing with this place anymore.

It was baker's dozen bagel day so we stocked up on delicious bagels, several kinds. They freeze so well. The staff there is so friendly and helpful.

It's not for me, to much hard, hard bread and taste just not for my buds

First visit after this place just opened and found this in my salad..its a fly.

Good soup and sandwich combo at good price. Yummy!
