I had them create an order for my event, which I was going to pick up, but when a bad accident happened on the 101 freeway it made me late for my event. We called and they swiftly brought it over to my event and saved the day. I'm so grateful and the food was fabulous! We loved the new bowls and the roast beef sandwiches were great!

I had 1/2 a Caprese sandwich and 1/2 a lime chicken salad. The sandwich had one small piece of Mozzarella and one small sun dried tomato and some arugula. The salad had one 1/8"thick x 1/4"wide x 2" long piece of chicken and some chicken bits in it. It came with a small bag of chips. I also got a Fountain drink and a $1 chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich had good flavor, but no substance. The salad was just okay. Total cost $17. After I finish I was nowhere near full. Never again!

I love the option to order online for fast pick up. Your bag is already prepped and sitting on a shelf so you can grab and go. Mac and cheese and all of their soups are amazing!

Enjoyed having a cup of coffee and a good conversation with a friend. I must say I receive good service and food was fresh. One thing that some people may like but I don't is the automated cashiers. Nothing replaces a good human interaction and also does not put people out of jobs. I hope this trend reverses at some point.

Food is great! Meticulously crafted and put together well. Bakery items shine. Although the service is slightly off their potential game. I know they could shine like their artisan items do.....Senior Management needs say hello

i love panera. the broccoli cheddar soup guys different. although i don’t like when they put whip cream on my hot chocolate without notifying me.

We always love Panera for a quick lunch or dinner, but tonight they really went above and beyond. They happened to be out of yogurt, so they replaced it with multiple bakery items. My boys were delighted and hope they run out of yogurt every visit. Thanks Panera for the excellent customer service!

Clean, easy to order and over all good food. This is a great place to have a conversation, meet for a business meeting or for a quick bite to eat. There are healthy options on the menu as well as deserts.
