Panera Bread

Love this place! The staff is always so pleasant and helpful.

A customer brought us some bagels today and i haft to say these are some of the best bagels I have had i ate cinnamon bagel with a honey walnut spread i think and was just great

Only had soup but it was good.

This casual restaurant is always consistent with the quality of their food. Fresh bread is made daily. Cookies and pastries are also available. Fresh bread and bagels can be purchased too.

Environment was welcoming and the food was delicious!

I do enjoy Panera Breads food and atmosphere. However, their prices have become quite outrageous in my opinion! I paid $11.61 for a you pick two, although my sandwich was delicious, it was the size of a kid's sandwich not even a full half of a sandwich and about four gulps of soup for $11.61? I did not even get a drink I just drank water. I can certainly say I will not be returning anytime soon, as I had buyer's remorse and had to buy more food when I got back to my work's Cafe just to make it to until dinner. by the time it was all said and done I had spent almost $20 on one person's lunch and didn't even get served. My suggestion would be to lower your profit margins I'm sure you are making a killing now. However, you may consider raising profits my having more repeat business and regulars, I can certainly say I would return more often if the prices were not so outrageous for simple salad soups and sandwiches.

Soup and sand always good but cake was dry

lettuce was wilted and soup was lukewarm. won’t be coming back to panera.

Never disappointing, always delicious fresh food if a bit pricey when you're having to buy for a family of 6 people.

The worse service I've ever experienced with Panera Bread, had to tell the workers how to make a proper americano and when told, they still made it wrong. When confronted, I was given major attitude, this store has terrible customer service, communication, and food preparation skills.

I had the worst customer service experience earlier today. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt this behavior was to be noted. The associate who was at the window screamed at me to “back up bro” because they had forgotten to charge me. She was so rude the way she yelled at me. The staff at the location on MLK seems to always be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I hope Panera can train their employees to be more courteous and respectful towards customers.

I really enjoy the food and service has always been good

I typically order sandwiches when I go to Panera but this time I decided to try one of their pasta dishes. The Chicken Tortellini Alfredo caught my eye. I have no expectation that Panera would make their own pasta, but this dish could use more effort. The few pieces of chicken spread on top (not throughout the dish) is pulled and shredded. Pulled meats- like pork -are cooked a long time and then pulled because it would otherwise be tough. Chicken should be fresh tender breast meat, and cut up into bite-size pieces for this dish. The tortellini itself is cooked al dente but is rubbery and some pieces weren't cooked at all. It reportedly has a three-cheese blend, but there isn't much cheese inside the pasta. Cutting it open reveals little. The sauce is a decent Alfredo, and the serving size is just right. The dish has way too much sodium (1690mg). Next time I think I'll stick to their sandwiches.
