Panera Bread

Normally, we love Panera. This store specifically has not brought the welcoming customer service and fresh food that we have gotten from most other locations. Dirty silverware, employees who were not eager to serve their customers, wilted lettuce. Our 2-3 visits here have been in the evenings. Hope this can improve.

Accurate orders and tasty foods....coffee and cream was depleted at 10:30 am which was fixed but still should have been filled and waiting (it was not at all busy)

I placed pickup order, went home with my food just to discover that there are hair in my Mediterranean Bowl 🤢

Such rude staff! When I mentioned to the General Manager that I'd been waiting a long time to order she was just as off hand as the staff. And I wasn't the only one in line who experienced bad service. Very disappointing!

The people who took orders and made the sandwiches were so rude and were terrible at their job. First of all, the lady was dozing off while I gave her my order, and she put it in a togo bag when the rest of my family was getting it for here. My friend got her bagel on a plate and made for her. Mine wasn’t even cut. Also, they messed up our order and we had to wait an extra 10/15 minutes for a new sandwich. Receipt wasn’t given to us and ham egg and cheese barely had ham, it was all fat. Rude to my mother telling her, “well you walked away when I was talkin to you so”. I will tell everyone I know who comes here, to no longer come! 😘😘

Absolutely awful. The staff stand around doing nothing, or disappear into the back for long periods even when there is a long line. They don't seem to care or even notice. No one changes pace even when 10 people are waiting. I was just in there this evening, with about 5 people in front of me, and after 20 minutes (I timed it) my order was still not taken. People behind the counter just milling around paying no attention. The place looked filthy. And...I saw a roach. I walked out and won't be back.

Unfortunately not enough chicken available in Newport RI to make the Frontega Chicken Panini...but plenty of tomotoes are available.

The food is not good. The flat bread was dried out and old tasting, the tomato wasn’t even placed in correctly and only given 1, and they forgot to add the mozzarella in a tomato mozzarella flatbread —all it was was arugula. Very slow service for crappy food.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before heading out on a tour. Service was friendly, baked goods were fresh and delicious, coffee was hot and good.

Very rude employees, several walked right by, never raising their heads. They even ignored a patron using a walker, they should be ashamed.
