Panera Bread

This is the 3rd time we’ve received a poor meal from this branch, and we’ve only ever ordered 3 meals. Today, my sandwich was served on a stale pice of baguette which was also about half of the advertised size. I am actually unable to break a piece of the sandwich off with my teeth. Please take the time to drive to another location rather than ordering from this place.

Only had some hot tea and a snack. Environment is very nice. There's more self serve here than at some of the other stores in chain. Otherwise, seems fairly typical.

My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 10:49a, I got there five minutes early and finally asked someone at 10:59a where my order was. When they gave me the bag and one of my beverages, the girl seemed flustered when I explained that I ordered two beverages. After peeking in my bag before leaving, I noticed I had a breakfast wrap and a muffin, when I ordered two breakfast wraps (and no muffin). What’s the point in mobile ordering when the order isn’t ready or even right upon pick up? It may have been faster to wait in line and order take-out... but another woman was mentioning how she had already waited an hour for soup and salad... are you kidding me?! Worst Panera experience. I would also like to mention that there was a young man working in the kitchen with long curly hair who seemed to be the only person not wearing a hat or hair net... yum!

No issues. Automated ordering machines made it smooth and simple. Good food !
