Panera Bread

If you want to restore your faith in humanity, visit this Panera Bread and meet Mr. K! He provided the most AMAZING service experience. We were hungry and tired after a long day at the lake and he quickly brought our food to our table, extra freshly baked bread, free delicious cookies... while taking empty plates from our table. It did not matter to him that it was closing time (we got there very late). He treated my family like he would treat a guest on his own house. WE LOVE YOU Mr. K (if you ever see this review!)

I'd like to have what's in the pictures next to the registers, it looks really delicious. Why would you have this pictures up if you're not selling it??? PS: if you start running out of something like say FIRED turkey chili, maybe the time to cook more would be BEFORE your customer orders it. Left hungry and really disappointed. Will never go back to this location again.

One of my favorite place to grab and go. Their mobile order service is fantastic. Food is always so fresh. Staff is really good at their skills.

Portions are very small. You would expect to get what you pay for but a couple months back I ordered a chicken panini and asked the cook to add more chicken because absolutely no chicken was on any side of the sandwich. They simply said they weigh the chicken so they couldn’t add more. My friend also ordered the chicken Alfredo this week and 1/3 of the bowl was filled with the meal. I would definitely recommend putting in effort to satisfy the customers especially with the meal portions.

They served bakers dozen bagels with no raisins. They then argued that the bagels were fine to them even if not to me the customer. Then they agreed to send me a FREE VOUCHER. I reminded them many time and they said they will call back. They never did call or send a voucher

Try to come here at least once a week. The pick two combo is always great. I usually get the chipotle chicken avocado melt and the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Love the new 10 vegetable soup. The in house lemonades are very good as well. The food is four * worthy but the reason for the 5 *'s is also for the service. The employees always have a smile on their face and if you ever have an issue they are always willing to help. Last week when I was in there they got our order wrong so I called back to explain and they told me no problem just come back and ask for Brandon and they'll make it right. A week later I come in and ask for Brandon and immediately he apologizes and tells me today lunch is on him. Thank you Brandon for being such a friendly, personable manager and making sure the customer is happy. In turn I will visit more often knowing I'm valued as a customer here.
