Panera Bread

I received the worst service from Robin taking my order. She was on her phone standing at a register with her head down for 10 mins while I was standing there waiting to get my order. When she eventually noticed me she laughed at her phone and didn’t even apologize. In the middle of me ordering she went back to her phone. And good thing she repeated my order because she got it wrong and I had to correct her.

Soup was cold. I asked them t heat it up and was told I had to go back to the front of the store where the line was 6 deep. Bread was stale.no one seemed to be in charge.

Panera bread is usually good, but the quality varies with the different locations I've visited. I don't like inconsistency!!

Just had the tuna sandwich the bread was soft and the tuna salad was very good

It's Panera. Solid food for a good price. Food was made quick and the area is just quiet and warm. Perfect for a quick bite after a long day at work.

Excellent people, service and food. Price is reasonable. Soups are delicious!

I have never eaten here before but food and service was excellent.

last night was the first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the finest meal and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will absolutely go back there in a short time.

Consistently good lunch fare at Panera. Love the soup and salad combo. The restaurant is clean and very comfortable and the service is quick. Also, they offer a nice variety of fresh brewed iced teas

The place serves large portions and for convenient prices. helpful staff. I recommend this place.

I just stopped at Panama and was welcomed by the cashier Fabiola with the most amazing smile on her face. As I was entering the building, she was saying good bye yo two older ladies. She is very professional and pleasant.I loved forwarded to pick up my good and there was another beautiful lady helping the pick up line( Robin). The cook was not nice at all, but the two ladies made up for it. This is how customer service should be. I was very impressed by their manners. They make me want to stop by for more food every day.Yvrose Hall

Wonderful good at a reasonable price. Used the Android App to place order, I love the convenience of being able to place my order at my own pace and the ability to customize my order just like I like it. The Mac and Cheese is excessively creamy. Very, very yummy, but I would prefer an option that is a little less rich that shaved off 250 calories or so.
