Panera Bread

When people order takeout, does Panera bread have policy to give less food for the same price? Very disappointed.

I love Panera Bread; the food is the definition of comfort for me and it's a great balance of fast service without the fast food environment. It's like a cozy lounge with friendly staff and great hot food

It is a nice place to eat or do carry out. Great place to eat with family, friends and have a business meeting lunch. The menu has sandwiches, soups, pastries and salads, and drinks. Drinks include coffee, tea and soda and water. There is hot or cold tea. Plenty of free parking Clean restrooms. Accessible entrance. You can watch your food intake by reviewing the listed calorie and going online to see more detail. I like the Foundry Row location.

Very nice Panera Bread, clean and comfortable. I only have one issue and that is I saw machines taking orders. Basically there's a computer that's to your left when you walk in that you can place your order on your own. But to be honest I'm a little against that because it gives me the impression that they are slowly erasing the need for humans. I'm sure it's awesome for businesses because they get to lower their expenses.

Panera refuses to implement a line/queue system for customers, so there is a lot of confusion over who is in line first, and oftentimes I've had clueless people jump ahead of me, and clueless cashiers unable to discern who's in line first. On my second visit recently, I noticed there were a few self-order kiosks near the entrance. I couldn't contain my excitement as I briskly ordered via the touchscreen, and within minutes, was done. Love it!What I also love about this Panera is its layout, design, and open feel. It's very inviting and comfortable. I especially love the one long communal table with high seats. Whoever designed this restaurant location is brilliant!

This location is very busy but the service is good and Panera is always consistent with their food quality.

Horrible Customer service. Machine messed up my order and managers were rude and not willing to fix the order.

Kiosk ordering and payment works great. We had special instructions too. Way up there.

Busy but they moved through well always love their French Toast Bagels Great service

The food was nice and warm (Mac & Cheese) (Broccoli Cheddar Soup) and the salads were amazing (Chicken ceasar salad)

Inconsistent quality. Inconsistent service. Sometimes this place serves food up to the Panera standard I expect at this price point. But I've been getting low quality and low effort far too often. I've moved this place a few more notches down on the family's dine out list. Pic is of a poorly assembled Chipotle Chicken and Avocado half sand I ordered today.

This is a beautifully designed panera with self check out kiosks and a very pleasant layout. I love the option to customize sandwiches now!

Had a great experience friendly staff. My cashier Nicholas was polite and friendly he was able to answer my questions with ease and was just a delight.
