Panera Bread

Awesome experience! Ordered bagels to be delivered for an office meeting and the order was perfect and the delivery gentleman was outstanding! The mgr who took my order guaranteed our order to be on time & it was on the dot. Thanks, Panera Fairfield!

Ordered a half steak and white cheddar, cup of broccoli cheese soup. I asked to add arugula and he said that's another sandwich. I said, I see that, but can you simply add arugula? He acted as if it was a huge favor, but okay...The soup was delicious. The half sandwich was okay, but for 6 bucks, seriously I got a spit of beef. Its incredibly expensive for an average half sandwich. Nah, not a fan.

Panera food is usually good and this time was no different the reason for the three-star review was the professionalism of the cashier Jacob on 3-21-2018. I don't need to go into details but at the very least you should act like you care about your job. Also if there is a man ordering and he says he has a mypanera account why would you think the name of the account is a female name that is spelled similarly. Not very bright

My coworker and I enjoyed a relaxing lunch at a fair price and fast friendly service.

The cashier was very pleasant and cheerful, as was the food prep person, telling me to gave a good rest of my day. The service was quick but still tastey and warm. The bro coli in my soup was nice hearty pieces. While the top of the grilled cheese was still cold and seemed just placed on the sandwich, when I but into it, the rest made it warm. The atmosphere by the dual fireplace and low, slow music is relaxing after a long day at work

Asked for a bread bowl (soup). Was charged for it and got a cup. Customer service not up to par. Just a very weird experience.
