Panera Bread

Meh. Soup and salad and I'm still starved. Took almost 30 min to make our order. Ugh.

I used to be a regular but they now so consistently get my order wrong I have finally stopped going. I stopped in tonight to see if things had gotten better... Nope. It is too bad. They used to be a great place to get a bite to eat while at the mall.

Their summer corn chowder is back and it is just as good as it was before. If you like corn, try it before summer is over. This particular Panera is clean and the associates are friendly.

The food and service were very good. The selection was good and the bakery was great for a sweet tooth

Speedy order worked fine. Prompt said pickup pager. ALL pagers were at Food pickup station. No lids for cups and also slow getting food. However food was delicious as always. This location could use more staff members to help along service.

The food is always good here. Let it be a crunchy breakfast sandwich or some creamy mac n cheese. The signature hot chocolate is the best here. Just make sure to specify you want it.

Only 3 stars because the girl messed up my order (a basic pick 2 but I asked for dressing on the side an an apple). Thankfully the guy serving food hooked it up with 2 bags of chips so I won't complain. Oh they also took a solid 15 minutes to make even though there wasn't a line. Not sure what's going on in the back but they could improve their service and efficiency.

I have no words. Waited an hour for our breakfast. My husband had to go up and actually tell the teenager's who were working there what he ordered. My sandwich was cold and bread was hard as a brick. Said they would make me another one. 30 minutes later I still had no food. Husband's food was cold. We left after manager refunded$5.30 off our bill. The whole$30.00 bill should have been refunded.

The breakfast souffle was great, but I wish soup was available earlier in the day.

I stopped here on my way to Florida and I have to say that the service was fast and people are very polite.

What an absolutely horrendous experience! The girl at the counter couldn’t figure out what coffee cup was the large one. She completely screwed up the rest of our order too. When the food finally arrived after 20 mins it was all wrong except for the plain bagel with cream cheese. We will never return to this location again!!!

It is always top notch, though pricey. I went there for breakfast and got an egg and bacon souffle (that alone is worth five stars) my only complaint is I wish they were bigger. They are just soooooooo good. I always intend to take a picture but when I get one all I can do immediately consume it! The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. I have never had bad food there, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We arrived on a Sunday. Ordered our food. Wasn’t very busy. Out of coffee. People were leaving upset. 1 half hour later no sign of food that we ordered. Everyone working was just walking around like zombies not doing much. We asked about out food and didn’t get an answer. We ended up leaving very upset without getting our food. A bus load of women athletes got out and started ordering as we left. I doubt they were able to get served. Never experienced anything like this from any other Panera’s.
