Panera Bread

This was like my fourth or fifth visit to this location. I placed an online order for "rapid pickup". I got to the store and it wasn't ready. I found out that they had called to tell me that the bagel the Steak and Egg was to be on was out. I found it funny because I customized the order which included switching the bagel type. I decided to order another item since I had to wait. The good thing was I didn't have to pay for my second item. I didn't even ask for anything to be done to assuage the situation.

Can I just say Brittany is a wonderful vibrant human being who’s happiness and charm is as radiant as the sun. Showed me great service and went above and beyond for me! She’s amazing.

Today Lindsey made my day! I love Panera so much already but this just made it better. I have been in the food industry a long time and I know a good worker when I see one. She had a smile on her face the whole time and when others were sitting around and "chilling" Lindsey found things to do ways to clean and make sure everything was perfect. This girl needs a raise! Thank you Lindsey for an amazing experience.

We stopped for lunch at noon. Of the four meals we ordered there was something wrong with three of them. The kids meal came without the yogurt and we had to ask twice for it. The Greek salad came without olives and we had to ask for them. The soup my husband ordered was wrong completely and we had to ask for the change. Not a good average for Panera with whom we've had great experiences before. We are from Florida and have never had that kind of service at our Panera. The manager seemed flustered and explained that they had a couple catering orders. In my mind that should have been planned for.

The salad was good. The restaurant was not very busy but the tables were not wiped down. We had to try several different tables before we found one clean enough to eat on.

I just love this place. Great service is a consistent hit, and the food is always perfect.

Fast, friendly & delicious. We love the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad.

I had the summer corn chowder and half a turkey, cheddar, and apple sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. The lemonade was really good! Not too sweet, not too sour. The employees were very polite and helpful.

Very disappointed. Thin slice of melted cheese on my sandwich and my soup is cold. Sandwich was hard by the way.

Have been there a few times lately. Not the best experience. Service has been bad. Not busy at all yet tables were filthy. Called to come up to get my food and it wasn't ready. One time before when we got it to go they messed up the order and the manager acted like we were inconveniencing them.

The food is almost always excellent. But when you're paying $25 for two dinky sandwiches and a bag of chips, it's time to re-think your price structure. Also, the restaurant is almost always dirty, with crumbs and chips all over the table tops. I can't remember the last time I went to a Panera with clean tables, actually. I understand it's a quick turnaround time, but come on, get someone out on the floor once in a while.

Yesterday I came here well before breakfast ended, almost 45 minutes, and there were no souffles. When I asked about this I was told they were just thrown out. I asked if breakfast was over, and I was told no.There was no explanation that more were being prepared, just a blank stare. I left, disgusted, and didn't buy anything. This morning I went into the store to get some breakfast. I thought I would give it another shot.As I walked up to the register, the server said, I'll be right back, and disappeared for almost 5 minutes. Upon her return, she apologized and said that she was in training. I used to frequent this Panera regularly. This is the first time I have been here in some time, and, I am not sure I will be returning with this substandard level of customer service. Very disappointing.

Loved it! Can't wait to return and try something new. Great staff and i love the outdoor seating.... awesome on a beautiful day

Their soup and Mac&Cheese is out of a bag and even then its not even refrigerated correctly. I got food poisoning from here!!! My food was cold and all the silverware was dirty. Would not recommend unless you want medical bills and to see dirty floors.

I had the Tuscan Chicken. It was amazing
