Went through the drive through, waited in line then waited 10 more minutes at the window, $40.00 order, got home and the meat was missing from my sandwich!! Oh and they didn't make enough potato soup for the day as they were out.

Great food but steer clear of the clam chowder! Should have known better, but it sounded good. Haven't been that sick since college.

Panera bread is great and healthy! No added anything! the 71st and 169 location is by far the best with the best service as well. The broken arrow location is sub par. The bixby location is nice.

I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt earlier today & was extremely disappointed. I’ve had this sandwich before and was looking forward to eating it again but when I arrived they notified me that they were completely out of avocados & all sides but an apple or yogurt (although this was disappointing news, It’s understandable & I realize it was out their control) however, that’s not what made my experience so terrible. When I got the sandwich and went to eat it, it wasn’t good at all. It had almost no sauce on it & it was very crispy. It looked like someone made the sandwich very lazily, which I don’t appreciate at all considering I spend $10 on it. So eat here at your own discretion I suppose.

Honestly hasn't been great the last few times. Normally very good. I order the same thing every time (Greek yogurt w berries) and they usually have to make it (no biggie at least it's fresh) but the last few times they've had them pre-made and they've been disgusting. Obviously sitting out for wayyy too long and shouldn't be served to me, especially for 4 bucks. The second pic is the gross juice I poured out before attempting to eat it this time. Also the portion is tiny.Update- Gonna go ahead and push it down to one star. Just heard cussing from behind the counter white seated well in the dining area... something along the lines of every f-ing time. Then slammed the door. Unprofessional to say the least.

Every time I order my order is screwed up. They forget something or they just cant follow directions. Today was no different. I ordered soup for a group and it serves 4 and in the picture it has 4 empty containers to show you that it comes with it so I ordered it so I could feed my employees. I pick it up get back to coweta and low and behold no individual cups to serve to 4 different people. I call to complain and the ignorant "manager" says sorry we are human. I say yes well for someone running a business and being human you all make a ton of mistakes and I have purposely avoided going to eat here for months just to avoid the headache. Well I gave in today and really wish I hadn't. Nothing was offered except we are human.

The coffee is like going to Starbucks. If I wanted Starbucks I'd go to Starbucks. Be your own identity Panera. The breads and food are very good and is now the only reason for me to go.

Great food but steer clear of the clam chowder! Should have known better, but it sounded good. Haven't been that sick since college.Only drawback of the evening was the manager Henry, who was very negative & sarcastic to his employees, even in front of customers. A smile & some positive, encouraging direction would make Henry's & everyone's jobs better & more effective.
