Panera Bread

If I would be able to rate this place it would be zero stars. I went for a pick two , the sandwich literally had two small pieces of chicken. I was like "Are you kidding me",. Staff needs to get it together or hire people that know how to make a decent sandwich for the money you pay.

Hard stale Bread. Cold steak. I paid $10 for a terrible sandwich and experience. I was waiting in line to order there was one cashier and a couple behind me. Another cashier came up and completely ignored me and assisted the couple behind me. I felt descriminated against for the fact that i am a caucasian male and the couple behind me and cashier were african american. If this is going to be the case then we need some more diversity at this location. Last time ill be coming here.

This is the worst Panera I've ever been too. All I wanted was one cup of coffee, and I never even got it. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and I had to get out of line because I couldn't wait any longer. There was only one car ahead of me. Apparently the drip coffee is dripped one drop at a time... Avoid this location.

First time in this Panetta, love the design, good food as always

Very clean location and my sandwich was on point.

Love that they have kiosks where you can place your own orders and grab a sensor that vibrates when your order is ready and of coarse wifi

Not too bad. Nice location. Very convenient for me and my family. But last time I went there they missed a couple orders, and didn't properly issue me my discount.

I ordered 25 minutes ago and I’m still sitting in the drive thru, not even at the window yet. I don’t know that this type of restaurant is suited for a drive thru....Update: I finally made it through, only to be called a liar by the lady at the window when I said I’d been in line for 30 minutes. And to add insult to injury, the food was not hot, and my grilled cheese wasn’t grilled at all, and the cheese inside was a congealed and browned mess. Definitely not going back.

Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes, the worst past is there's no easy way to exit it. Then I got a grilled cheese that wasn't even melted. This location may need to recruit some of the vets at the other locations to help them out.

Seams very clean but very rude employees - no respect to customers.

I cannot believe the drive threw took almost an hour. Then when I finally got to the window I saw my food get placed by the window and still waited another 10mins before it was handed to me.

Tried out this new location and was very disappointed in the service and quality of food. My order was a complete disasters with multiple items missing. I will be disputing my 100 dollar bill with my credit card. These big chains need to get there act together.

EASILY THE WORST PANERA BREAD LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATES.If a reviewer gives it more than one star you know they are a employee, management or friend/relative of either.
