So this is not the first . This is the THIRD time I’ve gotten a ROTTEN avocado on my sandwich . This is disgusting Panera !!! You guys slap on nasty food without thinking or caring about your customers . I asked the manager to take care of it , she didn’t say a word to me and then left my sandwich on the counter for 5 minutes. Supposedly she “forgot†Let’s not mention the time I ordered a bagel and received nothing in my bag... Can you guys hire someone with ethics and sense of respect ? Thanks

Panera has always been one of my favorites! Always friendly service, fresh and delicious food, but in the timely manner of a fast food establishment. Everything I've tried from the bakery has been exceptional, and the selection of healthy, tasty food is plentiful. My most recent obsession though is their Tuscan grilled chicken sandwich. I believe it's only a seasonal item, but I hope they keep it on indefinitely!
