I use rapid pick up for the office almost every weekend during tax season. Our order is always ready on time, correct, fresh, and delicious. The staff is always friendly and courteous too. I highly recommend this location!

Blind/low vision review: One staff member was super helpful, another was not. I could not have gotten coffee without help because the lighting is horrible in the coffee area. The one who helped me was VERY nice, which I appreciate as a person with very low vision. I use the white cane, so I am easily identifiable. I did not buy food. I think the menu is posted up high in the wall and I cannot read it. I would need a sighted person to help me in choosing food. No one offered. With my magnifying app I can read a printed menu, but one was not offered. I would have liked to order food, but paid for my grossly overpriced coffee and left. I doubt I would go back. The coffee isn’t worth the money, either. Light roast is watery.

Great friendly service, delicious food, and some of the most bomb coffee around; Panera never disappoints me. The tomato soup is always yummy, the sandwiches are warm and delicious, the bread is made perfectly and my cinnamon bun goes great with the coffee I take out the door!

Great Roast Beef sandwich, chips, and iced green tea.

Nothing against the store but I am not satisfied with the value Panera has to offer. This location is particularly roomy and clean but the amount of food you receive compared to the price you pay is not worth it whether you are getting a full sandwich or the pick 2 option. I find Panera way overpriced. Many restaurants offer a full dinner entree for the same price as a cup of soup and a half sandwich here.

Food is good and service is decent but the add a cookie for 99 cents apparently has secret rules and doesnt apply to breakfast...

The cashier was very patient and took care of us well however something was wrong with our food and before we could even complain, Stephenie helped us out. I don’t know if she was a manager or what but she deserves a raise, she took such good care of us and made sure we were happy before we left. Just because of her, we’ll be back again.

The young guy Jordan was so courteous and respectful. Always had a good service here. The other night was the best.
