Panera Bread

I wanted the chicken and wild rice but it was not offered today. I got the creamy tomato soup in a bread bowl. It was good

Panera Bread has really good kitchen, but not a good service. We asked the cashier what is his recommendation, he laughed, no need to say more. Then when another person brought the food we asked, which sandwich is this? She said I have no idea. This is not the first time I have similar experiences so this is not a first impression.

Sad to say because I love Panera Bread so much but this is the WORST Panera ever. This Atascocita location has gone downhill over the past few years. I’ve been here twice this week and both visits were terrible. They bring out my food and forget to bring my iced coffee and pastries. I had to remind them both times that I was missing items and they said “Oh yeah I’ll go get that” today I waited almost 20 min for a iced coffee that I had to remind them TWICE about until I finally went to the register and asked for it myself and the employee said “oh yeah it’s ready, it’s been sitting there but they haven’t taken it to you”Also the inside looks old and smells and is always messy. Coffee section is always unattended and low on everything. Also employees attire and attitudes are very unprofessional

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on grilled grilled ciabatta bread. Over 5$ the egg was so small with thin little pieces of bacon. This is not grilled ciabatta bread. It was on a doughy bun. Couldn’t post the picture. I guess I know why.

Beware of pricing on the Pick 2 offer. My husband asked for 1/2 steak on rye. We ended up paying for 1/2 turkey plus an additional 4.50 for steak and cheese. Clerk said that was because they had to start with a sandwich in their system and add changes. Paid 8.69 for 1/2 sandwich!

The Bacon Turkey Bravo was delicious. I would definitely come back.

It was clean but got the side order wrong for mine. I didn't like that the kids meal they didn't have apple slices. My toddler could not bite down a whole apple.

Dont order on online. Service inside the restaurant is great but ordering online or thru the app is sure to be wrong EVERY time. I used just eat it and not say anything but as much money as I was spending i had to. Speaking to the managers/teenagers is a joke. They say EVERY time that they are aware of the failure of their staff to get the orders right and are working on correcting the problem. 2 years later its still the same thing. Only reason this place is getting two stars because they seem to get it right when your in the building. Could it be because they know you will immediately know your order isnt right. If thats the case then its truly a shame because they are aware of what they are doing.

Panera is hit or miss with me. I usually go thru drive thru and get a tuna on white toast. Some strange reason my sandwich that includes mayo was heated and warmed in a Panini. I get home lettuce is wilted and tomatoes are soggy just a waste of money. And Panera isn't cheap. Needless to say this was very disappointing.

Food was good, and the customer service was pretty good as well. Only downside is that the bathrooms were really dirty when I went with my family.

Very good but it looks like the delivery portions are getting a lil small.

The place has gone downhill in the last few years. I haven't been in a while, so I was hoping to find the problems remedied, but still the place is filthy. Dirty tables, floors, walls. It's a shame because the food tastes good. But the conditions of the dining room leave me wondering how that food was prepared.

Always get my Panera fix while out shopping! Free bagel & coffee on Veterans Day too! Love this place!
