Just the best for soup and sandwich!

Do not go there !!! Terrible service ,ran out of bread bowls three hours before closing .. Manager could care less about customers .... good luck in this location !!!!! Too busy cleaning instead of waiting on customers .....

I stopped here for a convenient lunch this week and was really impressed with this location. The staff was professional and they seemed to have a good work flow. As always the Broccoli Cheddar Soup was flawless. Job well done!

This place always messes up my togo orders and slims on the extras I pay to add on. The one on lawndale is much better and gives you what you pay for!

They have messed up my order multiple times, have made my food incorrectly three different times. And I’m allergic to dairy and I asked for almond milk but milk was used instead, I was not told that they did that and I had a severe reaction to it. I will most likely not be returning.

Got my order wrong. Called reordered got.it wrong again. I did ask that they not smoke pot before work. Person assured me they were drug screened. What does that say about them caring about customer service. Will not order from them again. Also very expensive.

I visited Panera for breakfast and had a breakfast sandwich, yogurt, and latte. Everything was delicious and fresh, especially the fruit on top of the yogurt. The latte excellent, smooth and mild but not too milky tasting.

The place was pretty dirty and the food was mediocre. It took a long time for our order to come through too. Probably not going to come back.

I had a nice experience at the Panera Bread at Cone Hospital. It’s very tidy and well kept and the food is very fresh. The grain bowl I ordered was a bit bare, but when I brought it up to the cashier, she and food preparer quickly worked on making it better and fuller! I appreciate that.

How to wait too long to get my order

If your shop is in a hospital and a large customer base are healthcare workers the service needs to be much faster.
