Panera Bread

This is not the best Panera Bread I've been to. The plastic where was not available you had to ask a staff member And they were very busy. The Pepsi Was without syrup. The food just wasn't as good as it usually is.

Utensils were dirty. Apparently an older gentleman was in the dish washing area and can't see well.

Sullen experience at the counter. Cash tendered for a $7.59 charge was $20 bill plus 6 quarter's and a dime. Yet, got $13.92 in change. Explained the error 3 times to the cashier but the response was a dumb stare. So, I asked if she understood the problem. She answered, "no". Just took my order and left. Seems staffing at this Panera has moved from college graduates to middle school these past few years.

I have been going to Panera for years, food still good, but the cashiers Omg horrible rude and they take the order wrong. It happened twice that I got my order wrong in the last two times I been there in the same month. The cashiers acted like they don’t wanna be there. People in charge to hiring should be pay better attention who they hire. Zero for customer service. I won’t go for a while bad experience. It is too bad because I like the place, the food but those girls taking the orders no way.

Amazing place!!! Staff was amiable, accommodating and their customer service was very fast. They serve the food in a very creative manner and treat you in a very good way. I ordered Greek coffee, muffin and french onion soup, which were terrific. Everything was as it should be! Great experience overall.

Honestly the staff here is very pleasant but often I have incorrect orders or unfinished orders. This is the most local Panera so I visit here fairly frequently and am a loyal customer to Panera. However this time my visit was really extraordinary as I was missing my side to my order and got the wrong bakery item. I have tree nut allergy and ended up with a cookie with Walnuts in it! I am very patient and have also worked through this pandemic but that's a mistake that could really make someone sick. They really need to be more careful and focused on filling orders properly.

This location does not meet what I consider Panera standards. Service was extremely slow. Sandwiches were cold and things were missing components. The bathrooms were dirty and/or out of order. Back door was open and trash was strewn on sidewalk. I would suggest another location.

This location of Panera is very very slow and when I was there the employees preparing food were laughing and talking loud behind the counter. I saw two customers who had orders wrong and they were out of the rice for the grain bowls. They need to have better customer service. I’ve had great experiences at other Panera locations. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt but it annoyed me enough to write this review.

Well we had ordered a cheese and broccoli bread bowl and it barely had any soup in it. I also ordered a side apple and my apple was very dirty. They didn’t clean their fruit before giving it to me. My own fruit at my house is cleaner. I had four bites of my soup before it was gone. This establishment is also dirty. There are crumbs galore on the floor and many tables weren’t wiped down. We had a hard time finding a clean table. It wasn’t very busy at all either, no reason why this place should be looking like this.

Over priced and not fresh. Mac and Cheese that such a rave. It’s horrible and microwaved. 😒

Panera let us down here... Poor service, the staff is very un-motivated and the output certainly shows because if it. Food was typical, so okay with this.

Very busy Friday lunch hour, but still customer service with a smile and my food was prepared very quickly.

Very disappointed in the service during my visit. Only one person in line in front of me at the register. When it was my time to order, was not asked for my Panera rewards number, also there were practically no pastries left, it was only 5:51pm when I made my order. Walked straight to the pickup counter and only 4 names were called, in that time, before my order(1 of which ordered after me) and my name wasn’t called until 6:10pm. I find it kind of ridiculous that it took them 20 minutes to get my order of only two items out, as they weren’t busy at all, maybe 5 tables full in the whole place.
