Literally 15 minutes in drive thru to be told they stopped serving at 7pm on a Saturday? Now I am stuck in this line and cant get out. Apparently the guy ahead of me was lucky enough to get food.

31 min. in the drive through!!! By the time we got to order our food, breakfast had stopped serving and we has no other choice but to sit in their drive-through line. No apologies or compensation. Outrageously Poor customer service.

Clean, well-stocked bakery items and great employees. This place deserves 4+ stars reviews compare to other Panera stores. They should limit drive-thru items as some orders that takes time to prepare.
