Thanks to the person that definitely made my day Ken. Thanks to you I am now addicted to the BBQ Mac and cheese and the chipotle sandwiches. I will definitely be back. we just recently move down from the keys and Panera bread by far has the best service. Ken even went his way to bringing are food to the table and even heating up are side of bread for my friends and I. We will definitely back again.

I am going to say that one of the main reasons why I probably love going to Panera Bread is because of Ken, I love this kid. Because of him I wouldn’t mind spending a bit more money to eat at Panera. He has the best customer service. And one of the reasons more and more people keep returning. My sister eats at Panera Bread more often because she said that Ken took good care of her from entering the restaurant to exiting. As long as Ken is still working at Panera I will always be back for the wonderful service we always experience... Buddy never fails to impress us. We love you ken, Continue doing what your doing. Your probably the reason why people continue to come back. We notice that you mainly work night time so we always come around evening time ❤️❤️

Best Panera bread I have been to, Ken had served me well from Entering the door to Exiting. Very sweet kid He helped me carry my food to the table he saw that l I had kids with me and that my hands were occupied and went on his way to assist me. Just wanted to thank you guys and especially Ken for the great service

I like Panera since 2010, but I think they are too expensive. I pay for lunch, 2 people, 28$ for this I can go to an olive gardens, Longhorn Steakhouse.The store was OK but need a renovation.The BBQ chicken Flatbread ist really tasty.

The prices are a bit steep but the food is great. Alot of options to eat and drink. The atmosphere is great and I enjoy the fact that they have an outdoor seating area.

We are from pueblo Colorado and we drove all he way down to Florida for a quick visit to the keys and with wonderful service and great laughter my day glowed and shined much brighter. Ken you are one great server and one funny man. I am glad that I chose to stop at Panera for food and a quick rest from all of that driving, I will be telling people about this wonderful trip. Ken keep that same personality and don"t let anyone change who you are as a person. just your happiness can be a healing to others keep it up pal
