The staff do not allow customers enough time to place their order. They rushed my mum so much she forgot to order her sandwich. They need to slow down, especially for customers who are not familiar with the menu.

The soup was good but everything else was dry there was also no ice for my drinks

I love Panera! It’s a fast food place but it doesn’t feel like it. I like the clam, casual, and peaceful vibes when I go there. I enjoy the various seating options. I’ve yet to have a bad experience there. It is pricey so you can expect to pay more money than if you were going to McDonalds or Chick-Fil-A but it’s worth it every now and then. The food is amazing and it tastes natural. I appreciate how they bring the food to you too! I find the staff friendly and accomadsting!

Really tasty healthy choices for lunch + lots of really great sweets if you want to go that way.

This Panera location really goes above and beyond their costumer service. Time after time, the staff is energetic and a pleasure to speak to. They always make sure your food is the way you ordered it. If there any mistakes they are quick to make an adjustment. This is one of the busiest panera locations I've been to so I would not say is the fastest to serve you your food. How ever I much, much rather wait a few more minutes and have a healthy meal with a very pleasant atmosphere.

Better than most Paneras. Newly opened my wife and I stopped for lunch. They had an older lady in the dining room helping customers. I found this to be an excellent idea. I would return to this Paneras. I not a fan of chain restaurants but this one was much better than average.

I love the food. Great verity and pretty good service.

So many delicious items to choose from! My favorites include the broccoli cheddar soup, chicken and avocado cob salad and the chicken and bacon club sandwich! Their French baguette is to die for!
