SHOUT OUT to VINCENT ! Sandwich was wrong but the manager VINCENT came to the Rescue ! He asked if we needed it anything and fixed and refunded the sandwich! He has amazing customer service! Thank u man... u rock!!!!

Very busy location. I am very happy with the food but there was a lot of people. Panera always has a good menu with lots of options. I highly recommend if you haven’t been here.

We had an excellent experience today. The manager, Joe was very courteous to us and helpful with the menu. Would definitely visit again.

Love this place it was out in Vista California after court it was a nice place to stop and eat there is like a little bookstore but you don't pay for the books it's like a leave one take one kind of thing great place love the lemonades and teas

Brand new store just opened a couple of months ago. The ordering process was easy, I chose to use the self-service ordering system myself. The food was up quickly and was fresh and great. Since it was my first time in a Panera I was a little confused with the process but I figured it out and will definitely be back. One caveat, it is not budget friendly.

Didn't have ANYTHING that was on the menu..super irritating

Love Panera. First time ordering on screen. Simple. All their food is good, especially baked goods. Had a spicy Thai salad and a piece of my friend's oatmeal, raisin and berry cookie. Good place to go to catch up with friends. Something for everyone.

Used to go to Subway. Not any more. Love Paneras. The food doesn't taste like fast food. Tastes home made

The food and pastries are always good and so is the service I have never had a bad experience at Panera love it.

I had a great experience at Panera !! Monica has good customer service. Made sure I Got my order and My food was on point. Definitely should highly recommend keeping her forever. One of the best and hard working employees there.

I have to this was the first time we ate at this Panera off Collier in Lake elsinore. Went thru drive thru. Got order right and fast. The only thing is that the person on window was not friendly and had an attitude. Panera needs more work in this area. We were there around 2 pm

Food always great. This was the only time I've walked in and no one said hello.

They have very good, very fresh food!
