Panera Bread

My whole family stopped here on the way to our hotel. The food was very good and it was served very quickly. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 Star review was the wait to place our order. There was only one young lady taking orders and several other employees walked past her and never offered to help. Other than that it was the same good Panera food.

Food is good and the service, however something should be done about all the fruit flies landing on the baked goods.

It was a bit concerning to have a 15 person catering order to pick up and arrive a few minutes early, 4:40 PM, only to find all of the doors locked... Food was as to be expected but just a little frustrating to have to try and explain through a window to an employee that I had an order to pick up 20 mins before they were supposed to close.

Food is ok service is good I think the atmosphere attracts people.

Food tastes good but it costs WAY too much. It was nearly $15 for a small half sandwich, small cup of soup, half of a baggette and a cherry pastry. Not a good value. Won't buy lunch here again.

Wonderful place for any meal. I am very impressed with its design, menu, staff, and cleanliness. Panera has done well and I know it will be a success!

Had a long wait time for a Panera. The food came out pretty fast, but the ordering was very slow. 15-20 minute wait for during a 1 hour conference lunch break. Yes it was a Sunday afternoon lunch rush because of a conference that I was at, but they should staff accordingly?Great same Panera food. I would go again.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. It's panera so the food is the same no matter which one you visit, but this one is nice and quiet.

Great place to grab a sandwich and coffee. Some great pastries.

$$ I keep complaining about the price but no one else does it better. Very good service and very good quality food.

Always love their food. A little more pricey than fast food, but well worth it for high quality foods. If you get soup, get it in their bread bowl!

Visited the one in Grand Rapids with my daughter about 2 months back. Never been to Panera Bread until then, but I have to say pretty good place if you like salad and soup. Didn't realize how popular this place was again this was the one in Grand Rapids
