Panera Bread

Always enjoy going here for a quality meal. Yesterday it was 1/2 sandwich & salad with cut strawberries....it was all delicious! Oh, can't forget the delicious oatmeal berry cookie....it was so good that I bought 2 to take home.

I ordered a Chicken salad sandwich and when I received it I got one piece of chicken on my whole sandwich and the rest was all lettuce.. when I called to speak to a manager I had to call 4 times before even speaking to someone, when she answered she told me it was their busy time and I am just going to get a card in the mail for my bad experience and not eating lunch today because they won’t replace it..

Good overall experience. Not too much wait. Good food and service. Many healthy options.

The service was not great at all. Waited nearly 30 min and they ended up giving me the wrong size coffee and my wrap fell apart way to easy. The scone was delicious, but this why I never come to Panera. I was hoping my mind could have been changed. It's unfortunate.

This place is awesome. They are accurate, polite, and always get my order right. They inspire me to try new meals and they have great customer service at this location. Miss Tonya and Miss Michelle are the best!!!

My first visit and I LOVED it!! The food was hot and fresh and quick. The staff was all smiles and so friendly. The place was beautifully clean.

Service inside is fine. The drive through service produces nothing short of frustration and madness. I order a large ice coffee and get a medium. I ask for 3 creams and I get it black. I won't even get started on the mix up with my salad... This is not a one time occurrence either.If you have to stop here, pretend the drive through doesn't exist and just go inside. If you use the drive through, you'll end up having to go inside anyway to get your order fixed.

Just finished my meal, and have to say it was the best Panera experience I've had! Food was exceptionally good, staff was very nice and accommodating! MANAGERS!!! PLEASE let you team know they are killing it!

Good as always. Panera is a frequent meal for us. Affordable, fast and always very tasty.

We had a big order here about 1-2 weeks ago for a bunch of essential workers in our lab, and Panera Bread did a great job catering the order. The order was done in a timely manner, AND all of the employees had food separated with names on the bags. Many had intricate orders, but the store did a great job. We even thought we had a missing sandwich, which there were about to dispatch for us, but we found out that one of the employees grabbed the wrong food. Thank you all from MonoSol!

I little pricey, but the quality of the food makes it a winner. Modern Greek salad, Capressa flat bread, winter squash soup, baget... Soo much goodness!

Stopped on our way back after a road trip...located in a pretty nice area in Merriville...surrounded by tons of shops. Pretty nice area for some time out for the locals I would presume. Helpful staff and clean restrooms, standard Panera fare. Has kiosk ordering as well.

Stop here regularly to from Chicago. Good food, good service and friendly staff. Easy access from I65.
