Went there this evening first of all the young lady taking my order is like mumbling and was washing the floor behind counter while taking my order which I repeated 3 times. After order was ready went up to counter and soul was wrong, I ordered a salad which they said I never ordered and soup was cold , will go to brewed awakenings next time!

Im feeling super spoiled right now!! We used the kiosk to order our lunches just now, and I couldn't find a button to order an extra pickle. (My son and I both love them and end up fighting to see who will get it! 😂😳😋) When our buzzer let us know the food was ready, i asked the lady working the pickup counter if it was allowed to have an extra pickle. She asked, how many? I responded, just 1, my son and I love the pickles. She proceeded to add a handful of 4 or 5 pickles to our plate! When my son saw how many pickles there were he said, WOAHHHH! Thank you Panera for making a quick lunch stop into something special for us. P
