Staff could not keep up with orders at 7:00PM. Usually do not have that kind of difficulty at any Panera's I have ever been to.

I did not do the fast lane ordering, I'm old school & it took a few minutes for someone to take my order. The name on my receipt said her name was Jacqueline who helped me. Sweet older lady & she was super kind! I did the pick 2 with water. The food was great, the water lines maybe need to be cleaned, or I'm just used to my filtered water, anyway, I ate there yesterday & I'm not sure haha! The restroom was clean. My food came out quickly & the older gentleman was super kind! Asked if I needed anything else. I sat reading my book while my hubby entertained clients at a nearby restaurant. I am from out if town, and if I find myself here again, I'd eat here! The food is good & clean tasting at an affordable price. The staff were helpful & kind!

Just stopped in for a beverage. They make a great Iced Chai Tea Latte! Menu looks to be the same as at other locations.

Great service by CARL! However, I HATE it how this location turns OFF THE LIGHTS 5 minutes to Closing time to get customers to leave! Also, they stop servicing 5 minutes to closing time.

Such mediocre food and expensive too. I ordered the featured grilled cheese half sandwich with tomato soup in a bread bowl plus a small drink and an almond croissant for $15+.I got a whole grilled cheese sandwich, no soup and no drink. I complained and got a small cup of soup, no bread bowl and a cup for a fountain drink. I gave up. I ate half of my now cold and rubbery grilled cheese sandwich and a few bites of my lumpy tomato soup.I will not be returning.
