Panera Bread

This Panera had the best food! I ordered the salad and sandwich combo, my husband had the soup and sandwich, and my son had a kid’s sandwich. They were all delicious! Plus they have a working gas fire that kept us warm on a cold day.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Panera. Standards are kept up nicely, and there’s no reason to not go there if you love Panera.

I stopped at Panera on 21st to pick up a salad for my sick daughter at ODU. I wish I had looked at before I left the restaurant because it was pitiful. There was about a half a cup of wilted nasty looking greens. I called and they said they would make another but when I drove back over, there was a huge line of people. So it was just money down the drain. I Went to Chik fil A and got another salad. The whole process took longer and was more costly that expected. Check your takeout before you leave the restaurant !

Averaged out the score based on two experiences: Went here on a Sunday night and was fantastic. Fast service and great quality. Went late on a Wednesday night and service was slow, smoothie was not nearly as good, and bathroom was dirty.

Always fast, friendly and courteous service. A cool, clean atmosphere.

Carry out order was on time and as requested and everyone was very nice.

Untidy lobby. The restaurant wasn't really busy, and there were staff members just standing around, but the majority of the tables were dirty and had not been wiped off. Do better please, Panera!

ALWAYS ❤️ PANERA'S.... ESPECIALLY the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel!!! They are one of the main reasons I love the place!!! And the people are always helpful to me. Great place to go!!They also have LOTS OF DIFF FOODS....ALL HEALTH DRIVEN.

Clean with polite staff. Large menu with good quality ingredients. Standard for this chain. Not as cozy after they removed the fireplace and sitting area.

Barley any soup in the bread bowl. Asked for pastry to go and they made the whole order to go. I corrected it and then they made everything for here. Food came out fast.

Wont be coking back. The food was real dry. Pick another panera bread location.

Had lunch brunch with a very dear friend. God bless my new found friend. He knows who he is. Amen

So, I ordered an Avacado, Egg-White, and Spinach sandwich customizing it to an over-easy egg and adding bacon...Immaculate! I ordered a bunch of other things that were great too. I called the store to find out who made my amazing breakfast and she goes by Gorby! Thank you so, so much for making my day start off amazing. I feasted with my eyes and then my tastebuds rejoiced and raved about this sandwich. With the chaos of this COVID-19 Pandemic, I wanted to let you know that I am appreciative of your work and I'm re-learning to appreciate all the things I can and am blessed with. I hope you guys stay healthy and safe. Thank You again!

Great experience today, a little crazy on the cups the fact that each Togo cup now comes in its own paper bag with a straw and a lid in it... Good food and service thou.
