Great food and people. i love the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo.

Tasty food, with simple ingredients

Delicious. Never compare them to "fast food". They are an Execelent restaurant that happens to be fast!

Would give zero stars but I can’t, let me explain on 12/15/19 at 7:33 pm me and my lovely wife pull into this restaurant while passing through on business. To us this is a great because there isn’t one close to where we live. We both get out of our vehicle and walk in and go directly to the restroom to wash our hands. There was a lady cleaning the bread racks in the front as we went inside. We came back to the front to order and the same lady notices us but didn’t speak she continued to clean (keep in mind it’s about 7:35pm now and they don’t close until 9 pm) we stood there looking at the menu for at least a min and the lady never even spoke just continued to wipe the shelves down. We talked amongst ourselves for a few more minutes and waited for her, still nothing. We finally just walked back out the front door. So if customer service is what you are looking for, keep on driving because they clearly don’t have it here.

ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!!! I had the best chocolate croissant..my husband enjoyed a orange scone...my daughter lived the flip flop cookies.

Had 10 veg soup. It had the potential to be very good, good spice package, but the soup tasted overcooked. The baguette was very good. Also our party had the Autum6Squash soup. It is a favorite but it also was overcooked, just a little. The location was nice and clean. Convenient to main road.

Great stop for a quick bite for dinnner. GREAT soup hot and filling. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly & positive!!

Window service need to be more polished

Only Panera in America that doesn’t have kiosk stations. I’m not sure if it is because they don’t believe in efficiency in the fine state of Alabama or they don’t have the confidence people could figure out how to use them.

Cesar salad was chopped too finely & lacked flavor and the cheese shavings.

Never had anything in there that I didn't like. Also love their bread, bagels and so on that you can buy to take home.

Best customer service!

This was my first time at Panera and Abby at the drive thur was amazing. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming back!!! Food was so good too!!

Great place for sandwiches

For over 20$, we got this. A hard piece of bread with soup. I've had better soup but my son got the peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which I could have made at home. He likes it but me paying for it and realizing I could have went to Applebee's for this.. I don't think I will come back.
