Panera Bread

Last visit was horrible, the salad I bought had loads of rotten lettuce. The lettuce was wilted, some colored black, some slimy and some of it was see through from either going bad or because it had been frozen. On top of that there wasn't enough dressing to cover the salad, there was maybe 1/8 of the plastic container filled up. The only thing that I could salvage was the chicken pieces which didn't exactly fill me up since there was around a 1/4 chicken breast on the entire salad. Sad given their slogan and the price. McDonald's has better salads and I would never eat at them or Panera. Not my only bad experience with them but the latest and the worst time, I have had one good experience in total from this Panera!

Sometimes Panera can be hit or miss on the food tasting bland or off... not at this one! Thank goodness it’s near by!

I pre-ordered 2 XL SD loaves 24 hours before and got 3/4 of a full loaf. Not 2. Stealing from me and not filling my order correctly. Then the manager says "we only bake 2 loaves and needed one for in-house. Wouldn't give my money back until I demanded it. This place should be closed or the manager fired.

Good quality food. Just a bit pricey, but you know this if eating at one of these establishments. Clean and in nice area with plenty do do in the immediate area.

Normally the food here is great but I don't know if new people are working or what. I got turkey avocado and BLT that I get every time I come here. The bacon was covered in cold bacon oil. It was so much at first I thought it was Mayo. When I told one of the works she stated that is how it comes. That it's just packaged like that and that all there bacon comes out like that. They have no way to get the oil off of the bacon. I was just brushed off like how dare I say anything. The lady in yellow pants was rude and now I know why she has no name tag. So if you come here hope you have a better service than I received.

Today was my second visit in the past month and my last visit to this Panera location. I generally enjoy Panera but cannot recommend this particular location. Today I waited over 20 minutes for a salad that was never brought to my table. When I inquired at the prep counter, they couldn't find my order and eventually gave me a salad that was prepped as a to go order. On a previous visit the cashier was using her phone while waiting on customers and my salad arrived at my table with the wrong salad dressing. I understand errors, but the apathy when the errors are brought to their attention is what I find the most disappointing.

Not so many options, the bread qas ok, not very special. Cozy place, quiet and clean.

I order from this location often... probably 2-3 times the exact same chicken baja bowl. It is always the most inconsistent food I have ever received... the consistency changes every time I order... sometimes 2-3 tomatoes show up in my bowl even though I specify no tomatoes... sometimes the green salsa is missing even though I specify for extra of it. Now the last two times I have picked up my not so "rapid" order, I have had to wait at least 10-15 minutes longer. I would rather them offer a pick up time they can reach so I can leave to pick it up later instead of waiting awkwardly inside of Panera... the food is always expensive but I am willing to pay the price... for the price I would think these problems wouldn't happen as often as they do.

Great service, so far everything is Delicious! We bought bread for Thanksgiving, & tried the raisin bread today.

Love the autumn harvest (squash) soup. So good!!

It's an OK location but the wifi was extremely slow. During my 2 hour stay one homeless person came in and searched around the place then left. Later another came in and pan handled customers.

It was good. Nothing exciting. I wish I could write more but the experience was meh. Also, the interior looks like a hotel lobby, one those extended stay atmosphere. Maybe that was why?

Soup was very good, sandwiches ok, service fair, some of Wait staff need an attitude adjustment.
