Panera Bread

I always enjoy Panera bread coffee and salads especially the greek one .... I like their bagels and flat bread as well ... the place is nice and cozy for meeting friends or working on your laptop ... parking is always available and I like their online ordering system for pick up which make life much easier

The food is pretty good and the wait staff are great! I would dock a star for the price, but everyone here was no nice I have to give them credit!

Great place for coffee and meeting a friend. Friendly staff and the wifi works good for working. They tend throttle it down around the lunch hour as in if you've been on if for a while they kick you off. I guess they like seats for paying Custer's at lunch while you are on your forth cup of coffee. Great place and convenient location right off of University Ave.

Panera is always so yummy. The staffed area can have quite the line, but use the tablets to check out and it is faster!

They must have new management as I haven’t been here in months but the operator is on fire. Made us feel welcomed, took our dishes, was really friendly. Wears glasses, seems like a Manager didn’t catch his name but enjoyed the visit.*** Update from a month later***Operator is still on fire, the bakery section has never looked so good and the manager's name is Mark! He's kicking butt and makes us feel welcomed, definitely is making this our favorite Panera in Wisconsin. Keep it up!

The place is full of life. So good for studying,or chatting. The coffee refilling is free 😂. The music in the place is wonderful. The baking is delicious 💗. I will suggest the place to anyone. I visited the one in University avenue. I know there's another one in Washington avenue but I didn't went there yet.

Quaite place. Parking lot. Foods have a very good quality

This particular store is run very well. Lot's of space, clean, and the employees are very personable and friendly! Good food!

Generally, great! However, I was distraught on Wedenesday, July 3, 2019. I arrived there around 12:30 to 12:40 to have lunch. I saw only ONE cashier open, and a queue of about 6 patrons ahead of me that moved extremely slowly. I’m patient up to a point but did not care to wait about 30 minutes to place an order. So, I left and had lunch at PotBelly instead. I also noticed another Panera staff member who walked by but unfortunately left to do something seemingly less important than opening a second register.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband has dietary restrictions and they were very nice as i asked a ton of questions to make sure i got something my husband could eat. I even heard them double checking the order to make sure the food i got was exactly how i ordered it!

I love Panera Bread, but today the food at this location was just ok, and service wasn't great. Placed online order, went to pick up and the girl didn't want to give me a cup for my soda as she said I didn't order one. Then ended up giving me a cup like she was doing me a favor. Receipt clearly shows drink on it. Also was very slow to pick up order, had to wait awhile past time it was to be ready. We eat at several Panera Bread locations frequently, first time I've had an issue.

My wife and I each had the Pick Two soup and 1/2 sandwich. I had the broccoli cheddar soup and she had the Autum squash soup. Soups and sandwiches were delicious.
