Panera Bread

I usually would give you all 5 stars but somehow our last pickup you made 2 sandwiches the same. I always get my sandwiches with nothing on it except the meat, cheese and mustard. I was really upset. I had my soup but not a sandwich. 😏

Too slow. After waiting 5 minutes for a car 5 cars ahead of me to take their order, I gave up. Just went to Carrara’s were curbside was early w a smile and hustle, and thought I’d a grab a coffee and cookie. Are we really hurting or just grossly mismanaged. This Panera is generally very slow but the food has been good. This is an opportunity to gain more customers. Come on now.

This was my first time trying Panera bread. I was very pleased with the quality of the food and their customer service. The restaurant was clean and well stocked, the staff was friendly and willing to assist me locate the beverage station. Overall Panera bread did an exceptional job. I will be returning.

Great! Very friendly! Place to come and eat. The good was but just need a little more favor. I would recommend people to eat there they are good and friendly.

Panera just can't seem to be consistent. Sometimes I get a good sandwich. Other times, I wonder what's going on in the kitchen. I think some new employees were being trained on my last visit. My egg white spinach english muffin was missing the spinach and the egg was runny. Not good. An employee took my sandwich back to the kitchen and returned with spinach, but the runny egg was never addressed. Just not a good experience.

I usually have a good experience with this location, but I went yesterday and the lady in the drive-thru was unreasonably rude. She was nice up until the point where she handed my card and food to me thinking I had everything on my order, but I was waiting on my drink. I told her so, and said it’s on the receipt, which even her co-worker said it was there. As I was about to thank her she closed the window mid-sentence without any word. I understand things are crazy right now, and there’s going to be “those” customers, but don’t treat someone like they’re making your job difficult when it’s your responsibility to ensure an order is correct.

Mediterranean veggie is my favorite. Panera' s breads are so full of flavor plus top quality ingredients. Never disappoints. App makes ordering easy.

I love this place because I am dieting and they have several items that fit into my diet. The food is not only healthy, but always fresh and delicious! I joined the rewards program because of frequent visits when I did not have time to cook, so now I also receive free or discounted items. Panera Bread is my new best friend as the pounds continue to drop off!

Enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. It was tasty. About the size of a 1/2 sub at Subway. Also had a small coffee. However, it was NOT worth the $7 plus cost. Don't think I will eat there again.

As someone who hasn't eaten at PB in a very long time, the servers were pleasant and very helpful. My post workout breakfast was delicious and I appreciate everyone who had a hand in making my meal. Spinach and artichoke souffle, egg, veggies, and Greek yogurt parfait. <3

Fresh, delicious food. Love "You Pick 2" of half Tuna Salad Sandwich/half Greek Salad. Sprouted Grain Roll very good.

Had to find a clean table other then that it's a nice restaurant and good food

Friendly, fast service! This was my first experience at Panera here in Columbus, GA. The strawberry poppyseed salad is AMAZING!!

Nice good interior good place to sit and spend quality time

Spendy, mediocre food, indifferent staff. Maybe they were just tired.
