While the food is always good, the service was not so much today. The cashier had issues understanding my order. She insisted that a bowl of soup was not included in the pick 2, when the menu clearly stated and pictures shown on the menu contradicted her claim. I ordered A bread bowl of soup & half of a grilled cheese sandwich. I received a bowl of soup and half sandwich. When I addressed the issue with the employee that brought our food to the table, she quickly corrected the mistake, by bringing me an empty bread bowl to put my soup in, but did not offer the free treat as promised on signage inside the store. I rated 4 stars due to the inconvenience.

When you have that happen just take the salad and receipt with you to the store to return it and nicely let them know the salad is bad cause my salads have always been super yummy

Well, to order and not answer the door is kind of rude, don't you think? Did you call and try to have it redelivered? Panera can be very accommodating if you give them a chance but no, I don't think you can get your money back.
