Panera Bread

The food is always delicious. I love how they let you customize your order on the app. Service is always fast and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Although requested at the terminal when ordering, getting an itemized receipt required an additional request and was brought with some unwilling comments by the manager... disappointing.

I miss the French Onion soup but the Autumn Squash soup was yummy!

They are fast and great people that work there.

I have loved the quality, seasonality, and reliability of the foods of Panera Bread since it was my very first job at age fifteen, approximately a million years ago. Real ingredients from the earth, all certified clean food with no chemical preservatives or GMOS or corner-cutting of any kind! Some things you can only get at Panera. The passion fruit papaya green tea! The chipotle mayo! The streusel on top of every tomato basil loaf, oof, genius! Now you’re telling me they deliver, too? Heck yes, long live Panera.

It has a nice atmosphere and great people working here. I ordered the egg and steak bagels...it was ok. Not much flavor to it. The bagel was delicious, but the steak was tough to chew and not much flavor. I was disappointed for the $6.01 I paid. Not worth it!

Panera bread is always a good experience I pretty much always get the same thing, the you pick two with the half bacon turkey bravo and a cup of soup, with the kettle cooked chips. I have had quite a few of their desserts their cookies are always nice and soft I would recommend the kitchen sink cookie it's one of the best by far. The bagels are also pretty good but they don't seem to be doing the specialty cream cheese has anymore which is a disappointment. the best part about this place and no one has been able to beat it yet is there passion papaya green tea, it's out of this world and even if their food wasn't good I would still come for the tea.

Have you ever paid $5.54 for a sandwich only slightly larger than a spoon? I just did, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I am a regular at this location, and have never had a problem until now. My order was mostly correct, and the food was still good, but the portion was just wrong for the money paid. I know Panera is on the expensive side, but $5.54 for a sandwich that is smaller than my palm (which fits in kid sized gloves) is just terrible. This location has never had a problem with portions until now, but this sandwich makes me want to get a real meal across the street at Subway, where I’m guaranteed a decent sized bite.

It's Panera bread. You know what you get here. Great selection of breads and pastries and you can grab lunch here as well.

A little mind blowing that Panera still doesn't carry a gluten-free option of bread or wrap. Requested avocado in place of chicken (my usual salad request when visiting a panera) and was denied as substitutions are not allowed, and they were out of avocado. My salad was missing dressing to top it off. This is my first time at this location, could be a fluke, but 3 stars is average and that is how I felt about this visit.

The typical Panera Bread. Located in the Kempsville area. I never have issues when I come here. It is very convenient for if I need something on the way to work or after workouts. There are always smiling faces when you enter and people are always eager to help out. Panera is one of those places that you have to make sure you have your app ready. If you not have your rewards card, you can always type in your number in credit card machine. Ordering ahead is always a plus! I have always gotten good food and good service at this Panera. However, today was not the case. I was very disappointed. I place a rapid pick up order 1. So s noodle with chicken that was absolutely dry because obviously by the look of the bowl all the broth was spilled out prior to putting it in the bag. 2. Ordered a pick 2 and the steak and white cheddar panini. It was basically almost charred bread with basically nothing inside and the salad which consisted of maybe a 1)2 of greens was sad. These are usually our go to items but today was a terrible lunch.

I just love the food. My husband and I had cheddar and broccoli soup. The broccoli was NOT mushy.💞
