Panera Bread

Smallest salad I have ever seen at a Panera, apple chips were just tiny pieces, not actual chips. Soup was warm, not hot. Bread was not french baguette, the employees could have told us they were substituting. Usually love Panera but this was disappointing.

Great place to eat and also get take out. Love their pastries.

Some things I love (green tea), others are ok. Hubs salad was missing a key ingredient and he waited a bit to have it corrected.Autumn squash soup for the win!

We are from Scottsdale Arizona on a very important family get together and saw one of our favorite places to get coffee, pastries and sandwiches. Blown Away!!!’ Panera’s ambassadors Jennifer, Courtney and Kim are such nice professionals who went above and beyond in their effort to create that homey feeling. The food was AWESOME couple with hospitality to boot. We love the way they keep the place clean and the food was fresh off the griddle. My extended family had not experienced Panera before. The men folk are now hooked and rightly so. We all know extraordinary customer service is rare and we did not want the team at Panera to think it went unnoticed. The cranberry muffins were fluffy and the coffee was succulent. The Panera Corp should provide this location an award for being Friendly, all smiles, dedicated and keeping a very clean environment. Great job! I am honored to add you to my over 100,000 views club!

Generally very consistent meals across the country, and this location today showed solid speed of service! Our meals were well prepared though the baguettes today were plywood tough and seemed to be much less fresh than we've come to expect. We will continue to return to Panera with the promise of improvements and even greater prep consistency.

A quick stop on a road trip. The weather in the area was super chilly but stepping into the store, I was welcomed by the aroma of food and a toasty feeling! The in-store order took 10-12mins, my order was a chicken, scrambled egg and avo breakfast wrap, a cappuccino and a cinnamon roll. The breakfast roll was warm and not hot which is my preference because I hate scalding my tongue!Also the bathroom was clean!

Made a nearly $50 order tonight (Nov. 12, 2019) for my family. My husband picked it up after a long day at work. It included 2 sandwiches, one of which was customized to not include horseradish. It had horseradish on it. Our order also included a group serving of broccoli cheddar soup, which generally includes a ladle and soup cups/spoons, and a baguette. No bowls, spoons, or baguette. I called and spoke to the manager who told me that unless my husband drove back up there (it's 18 degrees and ice on the roads), the only thing they could do was give us an extra baguette on our next order. What good is an extra baguette when they become too hard to eat after one day? Generally, we love Panera and their quality, and particularly their customer service, but this manager needs lessons in how to not lose customers. Very dissatisfied.

Stopped in for a drink for.my sister (she loves.the blood orange lemonade) and a loaf of bread to go with Italian food I was cooking later. Asiago Cheese Bread was.soft, cheesy and wonderful toasted! Staff are always great!

Passing thru to Nebraska and husband wanted a bagel. We came into the store and just had a wonderful experience Warm and inviting. The cashier (I think her name was Samie) she had the cutest Gigglypuff on her name tag and we both got excited because I knew what that was and we are nerds too! Loved the place and loved Sie

Free pastry if you sign up for their rewards card! I chose the chocolate croissant and it was heavenly. Chicken tortellini alfredo pictured, with bistro French onion soup and a baguette. Atmosphere was louder than other Panera locations I've been, but overall good experience.

This panera has a drive through which is really wonderful for travelers alike. There is plenty of parking and the wait-time is not much longer than walking in. Drive through is he way to go especially when you are just passing through and are so over the fast food burger chains Kudos to Panera

Extremely SLOW service, dirty, no tools for the drinks, out of the flatbread... just passing through Paducah but wouldn't recommend stopping here to eat
