The last FOUR times I have ordered from them they have screwed up the order. Three different ordering methods. Online - order NEVER came out, when it finally did.... they did not seem phased that I sat there for 20 mins and had to ask them to MAKE my order. I called to give some feedback and they said I would get a call back. Shocker.,,,, I never got a call what a surprize. Ordered for my team 15 lunch orders. they forgot to make 3 of the meals!!!! We TRIED to call and let them know, but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! had to have people miss the meeting to go fix the screwed up lunch order. Ordered drive thru and they forgot the cheese on an egg and cheese....... ordered drive thru again and twice the person taking the order confirmed over easy for the egg.... they made scrambled instead. Not even going to BOTHER to call because they either wont answer the phone or the manager wont actually call back . Worst Panera I have EVER been to

LOVE this new Panera location! Amazing customer service. I was having a bad start to the day and the manager went out of his way to make it better. The staff was super friendly! Highly recommend!
