Too busy at lunch time when your working

This is the worst Panera in the area. Scheduled pick up was 10 minutes late, we received the wrong sandwiches and they were put together poorly. Recommend going to a different location.

The renovation shocked me (in a good way) upon entry. Nice look but sort of miss the way some locations made it more cozy and private.

DO NOT EAT HERE AT ALL the workers are SOOOO DISRESPECTFUL I don’t usually write reviews but I had to cause I was so upset I called there to order some bagels and sandy one of their workers comes on the phone highly disrespectful and so quick to get me off the phone and I just wanted some bagels she kept telling me to order online when her manager told me to call and she would not put the manager on the phone when i asked for one then she proceeded to say she doesn’t even work there so why are you answering the phone? Their workers are disrespectful they have no hospitality at this store They could have the best food in the world but how the workers treat the customers y’all need to fix y’all attitudes

The Panera close to me is closed at the moment so I had to go to this one which is not really on the way to work. Which is fine. But I ordered my bagel order the night before for Party and my rapid pick up time was 8:20am. I get there and I had to wait several minutes unlike the Other location where I just walk in grab my stuff and leave. To top it off my order was not completed because the baker decided not to make pastries that were listed on the website last night. I will not be returning to this location and I’ll just wait for other location reopens.

Great location! Food was good. Cashier's are friendly & my order was right. It was clean inside & the renovations are beautiful!

Easy to order on line and super fast delivery!

This is a review of the rapid pickup system, not the food. I almost always order rapid pickup when buying food at this store and it is never ready when I show up and no one is making the order. The time ready is usually 10 minutes after I order and I will show up 20-25 minutes after I order and my food is never on the shelf. This happened about 5 times in a row over the past month and probably 10 more times over the past year. It's frustrating because I work nearby and order ahead of time to be in and out and the food is never ready well after the time it is said to be ready. I don't care if it takes 45 minutes, just tell me it is going to take 45 minutes. The best part is when I show up and my food isn't ready, I have to talk to the manager because no one else in the store is able to help for whatever reason.

Green Goddess Salad and Tuna Salad, Ridiculously good lunch

My company orders frequently from here for our lunch meetings. Always enjoyed the sandwiches and selections. Decided to order sandwiches for wife's birthday for dinner. She picked Roasted Turkey w/Avocados because she loves avocados. Picked order up on the way home. After a bite, she noticed there was not a slice of avocado in the sandwich, clearly an error. Since we were too far from Panera, I stopped by on the way home the next day and explained to the manager about the oversight. He handled the situation politely and professionally without asking for a lengthy explanation and compensated me fairly without question. And that's how you achieve customer retention and loyalty! And positive reviews.

One of the worst Paneras in the area unfortunately. The food is always so inconsistent its truly unbelievable. I love Panera and out of all the chain locations I've been to, this one is by far the worst, and sadly its the one closest to my house. After my last visit there I decided I wouldn't be going back there again. The food was awful and the plate it was served on was dirty (had black greasy god only knows what slathered all over it.) On a plus side, the staff is typically friendly. The food is just not up to Panera standards by any means.
