Panera Bread

If I am going to pay for overpriced food in such small portions, I should at least receive exceptional service. Not only are they very slow, they are very rude!

the worst service possible. Especially with the elderly woman getting an attitude with customers. Highly consider getting a new staff.

This place is trash. Slow service and small portions for an unreasonable price!! It is worth it to walk the extra mile and get food somewhere else. Besides the amazing convenience of the restaurant this establishment is horrible.

Honestly all of the other reviews sum it up perfectly. Unfortunately they will never care to improve their issues due to the fact that they basically have a monopoly being the only source of food in the library. But I'd go to the vending machine and get a bag of chips before I flushed my money down the drain here again. I've given this place too many chances. Only on occasion do I actually write out a review but this place is bad

Quality of the food is very inconsistent, often leaning towards worse rather than better. The coffee drinks here are absolutely awful. The only saving grace is that their pastries/cookies are good, but there's much less selection than a regular Panera.

Very disappointed

As a coffee shop Panera Bread is ok, they can't do 12oz lattes and the espresso they use is nothing special. However, the staff is still very friendly and recognizes the regulars, they also have a very large selection of pastries and food. Be mindful of peak dining hours because the line can get fairly long but it moves pretty quickly and they get food out at a decent rate.

The biggest problem is the poor pre-order and self-ordering services. They NEVER WORK!

This place is a rip off and waste of money. Food portions are small and won’t eat food from here again.

Every bad review is accurate

Rapid pickup is usually very quick unless the store is slammed. My order is always correct and they are very accommodating. I eat here a lot when I'm on campus.

I have to agree with the other two reviews. It is always extremely slow. Typically one person on the cashier so the line takes forever to move and then it takes another century to get your food. The thing the sucks is this is one of the only good restaurants on campus thats open late so they don't really care to make improvements because its busy all the time.

This Panera is an embarrassment to Auburn University, Tiger Dining, and the entire Panera Bread company. Who gives someone a bagel without slicing or toasting it?

They have sandwiches which are tasty and they also have soup and salad,the staffs are friendly and approachable.Highly recommend if you are hungry in the RBD library.
