Panera Bread

Place is nice to come to but like other said I should have learn my lesson cause by 9am all the food here are all gone other than bagel. Most of the coffee is empty I don't know if employee come to work or just to chat in the back.....

Went here before homecoming to eat dinner with some friends. The nice lady at the register gave me a free drink when I asked for a cup while I was waiting for my friends to arrive. Takes some time for your order to get prepared but the food tasted great.

Got home to find shreds of meat on my steak panini. Pretty much a second baguette. When I reached out to Panera about the portion size - they said this looks right. What a joke of a sandwich!

I came in to have a standard coffee. Really enjoyed the self service kiosks. Although priced fairly high, I think you know that walking into a Panera. Good quality, cozy environment.

I highly suggest someone sit down and review some basic customer service skills with Debra. I let the first few snarky comments slide, but she proceeded to laugh in my face and roll her eyes when I told her the name on the order (Libby). I told her I couldn't help what my parents named me and that she could spell it however she'd like, since I put so much stress on her with SUCH a complicated name... she was sweet after that. Shouldn't treat your customers poorly when your name is on the receipt, Debra.

Trying to eat low calorie & this place is a decent & quick option. However, they keep getting things wrong & I feel like it’s just carelessness. Order a sandwich & they obviously ran out of the bread it comes on & they just give me whatever bread they felt like instead of asking what I would prefer. Not good when your on a restrictive diet. Also, they always forget to give you a spoon when you order soup, or they will forget your bread or they don’t give you napkins. Management really should do better to keep their employees more accountable.

We have been eating here for a while. And have watched this establishment, in particular, go downhill for a while now. We used to come here with friends and family visiting from other States. Because of their selection and how quickly they and the food ready. This is actually the place where we had our first souffles and learned we like them. Since then, they're constantly out of food, especially breakfast and the souffles that we came to enjoy. The hostess seems usually put out doesn't matter who it is they're not friendly as they were in the past. When we went to sit down in our Booth it was covered in crumbs and as I'm sitting here writing this it is already been 30 minutes and they are still out of half of their drink selection, and it is only 9:40 in the morning on a Thursday. I would say the only redeeming quality here is when you pick up your food the cooks are still really friendly. If you're looking to impress anybody please avoid this location.

Worked here and it's a madhouse, drive through lines took forever due to short staffing. The people serving the lobby food would have to make the drive through orders too. Customers are right about long waits because the employees clear orders early to avoid managers ire. Even the managers swear quite loudly for the whole lobby (and sometimes drive through)Production lines would stop refrigerating and food would regularly be sitting in the danger zone. On top of that, much of the "fresh daily shipped produce" would be rotten upon arrival. The kids they hire to do dishes just rinse with water, the silverware is always nasty. Inexcusable quality for a training only location, who fires employees for having a dire family emergency.

How can you not love a place that you can get amazing sandwich from with a great bowl of soup
