I had ordered soup and salad online and used the rapid pickup. After I picked it up and brought it back to my work place, I realized I was given the wrong soup. I called right away and spoke to Shelia. She took action right away and sent a delivery driver out to my location to give me the correct soup. She was so nice to me over the phone and she even threw in a cookie and chips. I am beyond happy with their customer service!

Food was and quick and did not feel sick afterwards. The seating is a bit out of wack, since lonely people tend to take a booth seating than taking a table that sits for 2. Gets crowded during lunchtime​ and recommend to take your order to go.
