This is my second time going to this particular location. Nice environment, smiling representatives who accurately get orders correct, Brandon truly smiles out of kindness and I forget the young lady I think it's Sandra (I'm horrible with names) they both share kindness from within their organization that they work at.FREE COFFEE REFILLS y'all, I GREATLY appreciate that for other places asides from Panera charge you for refills????!!!!Keep it up, work hard, smile to each individual and customers we all better treat these kind hearted representatives with dignity, respect, love and sincerity & pray such happens.

Panera is always good. Great sandwiches, salads and quick service. I like their tomato soup. From their sandwiches I have had the turkey breast on French bread is very good and also the steak sandwich was good. Give it a try... for a chain restaurant it is very consistent.

The food and the service was very excellent at this location. Our food was served hot and tasty. I had the roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese, and the beef was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Despite the busy location, the the restaurant was extremely clean with excellent service on the day of my visit, so I will be returning next time I am in the area.

Everything is delicious in Panera Bread and this place in Gaithersburg is very well maintained. At all times there are delicious preparations to enjoy.For example, in winter, at night, a chicken soup is incredible.During the morning a coffee with a snack is perfect.At lunchtime, our favorite is the menu that includes fish sandwick, broccoli cream and a lemonade.

You can't beat the souffles at Panera. Light, fluffly, delicate, and most of all, delicious. Here is the ham and swiss cheese souffle paired with a latte in a mug. Enjoy!

panera, ah yes- the home of bomb bread and that yummy yummy fruit parfait. i always come to get a bagel or the mediterranean veggie sandwich. the specialty drinks like the papaya green tea are always fresh. i usually prefer to take my food home when i grab a bite to eat, but panera is so homey that i will indeed gladly pop a squat inside when panera is my meal.

AC seems to be working fine now. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Standard Panera Bread quality and service, but I'll give another star when and if the AC is fixed. I've been coming here almost every weekday for about two weeks, and still no AC. The weather is getting so it's not worth it. Please fix it so I can come back to my favorite breakfast sandwiches! Thanks!
