Panera Bread

Usually a good place to eat,out of avocado, out of apple chips and the register was not working had to change my order several times due to all the lack of ingredients. cashier was very nice.

This Panera left our business high and dry today on a catering order for 20 people that our HR assistant called to order on Friday the week before. The store manager won’t take responsibility and wasn’t willing to try to make it right by delivering later. We used to get such good service from Taylor but she was promoted to the Greene. If you’re going to order catering, take my advice and call Taylor at the Greene location.

Have you had their lemonade? Have you had their iced coffee? If not, you are missing out on your life! Service was quick and friendly even gave us a bonus piece of bread since ours was so small!

ACCURACY ISSUES: Placed an order online for pick up. Instead of the bowl of chicken noodle soup I ordered, they gave me broccoli cheddar. They also shorted me a side of bread.QUALITY ISSUES: The flavor quality was lacking for both the Thai Chicken Salad and Green Goddess Salad, and both had droopy, sad greens. The Thai salad was missing cilantro and the greens were inexplicably a mix containing kale and arugula... I think it’s supposed to be romaine (that would make more sense anyway). Also, for me the dressing is a complete miss for Thai flavors. The avocado on the Green Goddess was hard and inedible.On the positive side, I did enjoy my cup of chili.CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I called to complain, the staff member was pleasant enough, but seemed confused and unsure of what to do. Seems like training is an issue at this location.

I love Panera so much it my favorite restaurant their salads are SOOOOOOOO good I would eat them every day.

Food was as expected, but they need to make a better effort ensuring the place is clean.

Love Panera Got one of their non dairy drinks, peach and blueberries. It was very good!

Always go for the cheese and broccoli soup and salad. I'm a happy person then‼️

Just went for coffee and chocolate croissants and sat by the fire. Love this place.

Wasn't the cleanest but then again it was pretty busy so it was understandable. The cashier wasn't exactly friendly but then again no one is these days. The food was just ok. Nothing to write home about. The coffee was great so that was a perk...no pun intended. I think we will skip this location next time though.

Order online from time to time. They forget multiple items in my order 100% every time I go in to pick up food. Toppings like croutons and cheese to salads/ soups and chips are never in the bag. Always have to ask for everything they forgot which is less efficient than online ordering should be! Keep working at bettering this please!

Fantastic hot chai latte. Very pleasant surroundings. In a good location. Courteous employees.

Good food, pretty fast service. Just a little pricey for the portion size!

Seating is ample with it Being clean. Food has fresh ingredients with decent taste. Had a breakfast sandwich which was hot in temperature, which it should be. Service was fast and friendly. Panera is always a challenge when busy.
