Panera Bread

Always find good food at Panera Bread.

Was here for lunch today( 1/25/2020). Manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. I've been coming here daily for last 3 months as I wrk close by. May change where I eat for lunch now.

Great Heathy options. Great selection

I got a smoothie, and when I tried to drink it, I couldn’t even get it through the straw because there were such large ice chunks in the smoothie. When I went to get my meal, they put the completely wrong sandwich on there TWICE. Then for a third time, I asked for the sandwich that I had ordered, and the man slammed the plate down and said nothing. I understand that they were fairly busy. However, I have worked in food service for over a year, and no matter how busy we get, we take responsibility for any mistakes made, apologize, and have a good attitude when correcting the mistake. I would have been perfectly fine with the mistakes if they had been corrected in a polite manner. I understand that people make mistakes, but it’s the way you handle it that makes the experience. The terrible attitude was not good customer service.

Good fresh food, love the broccoli chedder soup

In the last dozen or so times I've gone, they've not gotten the order 100% right once. Either an item is missing, or an ingredient on the sandwich is missing. And I don't mean an add on item is missing, I mean a normal base ingredient is missing. Once I ordered a steak and egg sandwich, they forgot the egg. Today I ordered a med. veggie, they forgot the hummus. If they get your order right here, consider yourself an outlying statistic.Update 9 months later: they still can’t follow simple instructions.

Needs variety of food. Muffins and scones are good. Drinks could be better.

Had to make several changes to a catering order. Matt on the catering side was helpful and patient. Great customer service overall.

Really good pizza for a good price. Love the arugula pizza and the garlic bread. Great interior design with lots of seating.

Personally too high priced for amount at lunch. However the souflee breakfast is definitely worth it

I know my name is not Susan, however in the past when I visit Panera bread once my order was completed my name was called out before my food was that on the counter however today with different. At this unfriendly location Downtown Nashville, they place my order on the counter and carried on as if l should figure out it was mines.. l thought my have something changed? But not NICK the white guy order is up after me, and she’s calling his name before even placing order on the counter! Guess she couldn’t READ!

I went last week and received the wrong food during my visit. I shared that feedback on the Panera survey and immediately received a call from Matthew at the downtown location. He listened as I shared my experience and offered me a free meal to make up for it. Great customer service, Panera. You should reward Matthew for taking care of his customers!
