This Panera is just inconsistent. That’s all I can really say. Food quality, accuracy, and attention to customers is low. They will however try to make it right but it turns into a problem every single time. Forgotten sandwiches, sides, soups, beverages, etc even putting things on you sandwich you requested to be left off or even not adding things you paid for. It is so hard but this Panera is never really busy either so it’s kinda confusing how you can just forget a whole half sandwich in a pick-2 order. They continuously have issues and I guess I have finally just called it quits for this location.

WOW! Color me impressed. I didn’t know Panera delivery was going to happen to me today – was I in for the shock of my life. Ordering was easy peasy with all options as in the store. Delivery fee was a solid $4.00 so keep that in mind on low checking account days. Once we ordered, we were able to track our order since they gave us a 10 minute range (12:36 – 12:46). From store to us, they sent text alerts when our driver was going to be here. Dalton pulled up right outside with our Panera bag in hand EARLY, yes people, our order arrived at 12:30 ON THE NOSE! Our order was complete and our soup was hot. My chocolate chip cookie was FRESH out of the oven and still gooey. All in all, what an amazing experience and I will absolutely be returning to the website.
