Panera Bread

Awful. Waited 15 minutes in drive through behind 1 customer for a bagel that was meant to be toasted. Bagel was cold and not toasted. Didn’t even waste my time trying to get it fixed. Would give negative stars If I could.

Super great taste

We used to have good food and service at this Panera but tonight was horrible Food was cold, chicken tortellini, steak white cheddar panini was cold and covered in horse radish sauce. Waaaaay to much sauce!! Ruined it. My son did not eat it. For the over priced food the portions now suck. My boyfriend hated his sandwich, bacon turkey bravo was disgusting . Talked to Manager Michelle, she was defensive and did not make me feel better about my family's ruined dinner . Not eating here anymore.

I had lots of fun

I love eating at Panera Bread. I am completely and utterly in love with the soufflets. Their customer service skill is amazing. They're always so kind and efficient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking from quick fast Hearty breakfast or lunch.

Made an order in the drive thru. Realized I forgot something so I ordered it at the window. Lady was rushing of course cause it's lunchtime so when I told her the pastry I wanted, she was QUICK to let me know they were out. She just didn't want to change my order and run and go get it and hold the line. She said we sold 12 today we're out. So me being the Petty Labelle that I am, went inside. BOOM!! They were there. She could have at least checked but the way her customer service was set up....Hold this L Panera.

I never write reviews, but feel the need to. They never get my order correct on multiple occasions. I stopped going for months. I make sure I check my bag...today the correct soup only to get my salad with just lettuce....nothing else. I give up!

I stopped by the Niceville store this evening and the cooks were all standing in the parking lot. Inside the store the only cashier was out in the restaurant talking with a guest so I ordered at the kiosk. Each item I attempted to order was out of stock! One come the patrons came over and suggested I go elsewhere. This location continues to decline.

Love the food, but always check your order before leaving the drive through

The Niceville location always has great service. People are very helpful and kind and there are days this is my One Stop for my breakfast, lunch and snack. Thank you for your Great service Niceville crew. GOD BLESS YOU and your wonderful Staff. And you always have my favorite pastry. The Almond Croissant. YUM.

Good, just what we needed. Although I was surprised that they don't have a baby changing table in the restroom.

Good food but pricey for a sandwich

Eli, my cashier, was extraordinarily helpful! I had a couple issues checking out that were quickly resolved, and when something was forgotten she showed no hesitation in getting up from her break to help me out. An overall great experience!

Got the chipotle chicken sandwich to go along with two orders for friends...sandwiches seemed small for the price & the 3 bags of chips we got with our meals...2 were already opened & not much in the 3rd unopened bag...most of it was crushed...I only go back to eat if my gf wants to go...her fave place but kinda disappointing to me 🤷‍♂️

Teresa was super friendly and very patient with me as this was my first-time visit! Nice quite atmosphere and the food was Great! I will definitely be back. Can't wait to try lunch menu,as I had breakfast this time.
