we payed for bread bowls. did we get bread bread bowls? NO! did we call ten times only to get an electronic recording and no actual customer service? yes. i am very disappointed and frankly a little offended. horrible customer service. i suggest going across the street to chick fil a for a real dining experience.

I stopped here for lunch today and I tried to order a Pick 2: Baja Grain Bowl and Bowl of Soup. I have been to a few other Panera's and from what I have ordered, that is now a Pick 2 option. The woman kept telling me it wasn't an option.. maybe each restaurant is different, but you would think every Panera would follow the same menu.That wasn't the only thing. I would say about 95% of the tables were dirty at the time I went. I also don't know if there weren't enough employees working at this time (around 1:15), but usually they bring the food to you.. I had to get my food and clean my own table. Not being picky, but for a restaurant that expects tips when you order, don't you think you should cater to your customers a bit more? Definitely good food, but prefer the locations at the beach much more.
