Panera Bread

The food was great, they just dont have enough people at the cash register

The guy at the register was extremely nice to me and my son . It was my sons first time at Panera and he loved it

This is not one of the cleaner Panara Breads in the area. I am disspointed in the pricing, I think it's outrageous. The Pick 2 ont he board is deceiving. Two of us ate and it came to $35 for half a sandwich each, a small bowl of mac and cheese, and 2 drinks. Thats crazy. We could of had a sit down dinner for that. The sandwiches are tiny and barely had any chicken in them. Not worth it, sorry. WIll not be returning to any Panera any time soon unless they lower the prices or make the meals worthy of costing $11 for HALF a sandwich.

Creamy chicken and wild rice soup was great. But the dirty spoons were not! Overall I like Panera, just not tonight.

Their online ordering system has no option to write in tweaks for your order even though they will build you a sandwich in-store. This is a corporate issue, not theirs. So, I tried to call them instead to order multiple times, on a casual Wednesday. No one picked up the phone. I called 6 times. No one answered. This on top of the fact that this store had messed up mine and my partner’s orders on multiple occasions. I used to work for Panera. I know that this is not how they do things. This location really needs to work on their service quality. I think it’s a problem with the franchise owner, PR management Corp.

Fresh food and great selection great staff

Service SUCKS had to ask 4 times for creamer while waiting my sandwich was getting cold. Whet finally came the manager who brought the cream said a sarcastic "you're welcome" when I didn't say anything. The big surprise was that they made my order wrong to boot. Don't expect the same quality service at West Springfield as at other Paneras!!!!!!!

Beautiful! I really was impressed and surprised at the size, cleanliness and safe keeping of the park. Very scenic and organized. The Rose Garden, the Tiny Zoo and a lot more wonderful sites. $3 for MA drivers, $5 for out of state drivers to enter the park. A separate fee for the Tiny Zoo.

The food is always fresh and great. Service is always prompt and a pleasure. Love coming here.
