Food is of good quality and ready quickly. I like it!

I’ve been to many Panera’s and almost gave up going because I think th me quality has gone down the tubes. But this Greek salad I had was very fresh and crispy. Maybe I’ve just been to some lame Panera’s lately, but not this one! It was clean inside and felt like it was being managed even when I was there in the evening. I recommend this location !!

I love Panera, no I adore Panera. I was very upset when I thought that I left my phone and called to see if Panera had found it. When this very rude lady picked up the phone she said that no one had turned in a phone but did not look for it. And then I hung up and was very upset and then called back and asked her if they had found and she said we have someone looking for it but in reality I knew that she did not have someone looking for it and I was very upset and I should’ve gone her name because I was very disappointed by this experience !!!!!!

Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious, even when I've ordered a substitute for something that ran out!

Great food! Great prices for a complete meal. Sometimes service can be a bit slow.

This place is underrated. Their space is large and pleasant, the menu is pretty big and caters to all needs (hello, vegan options), and everything in there runs like a smooth machine.

Great quality. Attentive quick service. No Parking! The restaurant is really good. Bethesda's notoriously congested also, parking enforcement is costly and predatory. I've not gotten a ticket, but I have seen it happen. Beware!

Nice and sunny, consistent kitchen.

Not impressed with service level in Bethesda. I can understand new hire high school graduate at register who's trying her best but, much older gentleman who takes 10-15 minutes to make 'cold brew'? Not cool. Even worse, has no apology or customer centric attitude. Rcmd you spend your time and money elsewhere.

Had a business meeting with Evelyn at this location. the location of this store is awesomeness. Loved the patio seating as the store sits right on a corner for better view. the store was clean and staff friendly. Often, employees forget to clean the patio, but not here! Panera Bread is always the best choice for short information business gatherings. the one good thing about brands...the menus are exactly the same as in other states or cities. So the review, then is about how each employee builds a sandwich or prepared the preferred coffee.
