Panera Bread

Very clean dining area. Good fresh food. Friendly staff. Positive experience whenever I go.

Quickly got a few asiago cheese bagels and a loaf of white bread. I used to think it was crazy to pay so much for a simple loaf but it is soooo good....tastes like bread my mother used to make.First time I visited Olentangy Plaza location...cashier/server was polite and patient...good experience.

I ordered a roasted turkey, apple, and cheddar sandwich. They somehow forgot the cheddar.

I don't go to Panera bread very often and when I do I'm always excited to get onion soup in the bread bowl. The red bull is excellent but it wasn't filled to the top with onion soup and if there's cheese in this onion soup I didn't notice any. The restaurant is nice and clean it was not overbearingly loud, and I'm always able to bring my bread bowl home in case I want to make some soup and fill it again.

I wish they offered more of the healthy breakfast sandwiches like the egg with avocado and spinach on a whole grain bun. Excellent but they need more similar options.

The Cheese Cake wheel is a very delicious pastry. I highly recommend you take it for a spin with your taste buds!

Worst Panera experience I've ever had. Was not greeted and was totally ignored after standing at the register for several minutes while the cashier stood right by the register while she toasted bagels for another customer. I ordered a coffee drink and stood there waiting while she was making it and then she walked away. The manager had to ask me what I needed and I told her my espresso was sitting there. The cashier did not give me a cup for my drink either. While waiting for my sandwich, one of the ingredients was not prepared and I had to wait a while for my food. No one said anything or apologized for my wait. When I received my sandwich, it was sloppy and sparing on ingredients. Will definitely not return. Not worth the money at all.

15th Aug 2019. I went there in the morning before work for breakfast. I ordered avocado egg spinach sandwich. It came with no avocado. I asked why is there is no avacado and the answer I got from the guy working there “ sorry we don’t have an avacado”. I then asked he could have told me but I got an unexpected reply “ I did not know” and he gave the same sandwich back to me. I was offered nothing in return for the mistake they made. This was very unprofessional and there was no apology from them. That was very STUPID. NEVER GOING BACK.
