Panera Bread

Wow. 6 people in the kitchen and nobody wants to pour 2 bowls of soup and give us a bagel, untoasted. 10 minutes waiting on SOMEBODY to get off their butt. Just ridiculous. And I can get this soup for half the price at Kroger's. Not impressed

Pulled up, the place is literally empty inside. one person in front of me in the Drive-Thru already at the window when I pull up. Place an order after having to repeat myself multiple times. I guess English is hard. Waited behind the one person in front of me for 15 minutes. No movement at all from the order window. Finally got fed up and pulled away. Joke of an establishment.

Very friendly staff and my caramel latte was just right.

Panera Bread at Easton on Morse road is not very clean. Last week the restrooms were dirty, this week the ice tea counter was dirty. The staff on Saturday mornings are not very friendly at 7 AM. It's a beautiful restaurant, just needs to clean and staff friendly.

I ordered online for delivery. My French onion soup came without the bread bowl and toppings. We ordered a sandwich and mac & cheese as well, these were fine. They were out of asiago bagels.

Very slow

Closed early and I couldn't pick up my rapid pick up order, even though my card was charged.

Awesome new location. Staff is very friendly. Dinning room very clean.

I love the unlimited hot tea/hot coffee/ iced coffee plan. $8.99 a month. I can go thru the drive thru and get my Large Hot Tea with Skim Milk and Smile. No sugar. It just tastes so Great to have a Fresh Hot Tea. Try it, you will love it. Selection of teas. Just ask what they have. I get so dehydrated. I need the fluid. I can only stand to drink so much plain water. Along comes Panera with the unlimited hot tea plan for $8.99 a month.

On 5/4/20 visit, drive through employees were not wearing facemasks.

Don't bother for breakfast. Out of most bagels. Kiosk doesn't tell you what on your order is out of stock. Had to guess. Everyone in front of me had orders that couldn't be fulfilled as is. Had to sub items from whatever was left. Waited 20 mins for 2 bagels and a yogurt.

Not the best service.

Food was good but mistreated by one of your staff.

My experience is good. The place was clean food was good price a good I can't complain. We were there for a business beating and service was on point. I will recommend and come back again.
