Panera Bread

They are so Rude poor costumer service no recommended at all

Love the cozy fireplace. choice of a booth or table and chairs. Good pick two choices. Beverages, my favorite is the Hot Chocolate made with real milk and whipped cream. Delicious fresh bread and baked goodies. Panera emails me surveys. I think customers might like Asian lettuce wraps with maybe chicken, wild rice, cashew nuts, and a sauce.

No more rye bread!The food quality is good. But I'm getting tired of this store, specializing in baking, taking varieties of bread off the menu.

Food is usually good but i placed a rapid order to pick up at 1130 for pick up at 11:45 which was a salad and a smoothie. Im thing ill get there a few minutes early so my smoothie doesn't melt while waiting and i get there five minutes early and to my surprise my salad and smoothie was already out. That's great however my smoothie was runny and melted and here i found out it was put out 10 minutes before my pickup time so thats the reason its bo longer cold and thick. I mean i iad a pickup time for a reason i didn't want ot ASAP. I asked for it to be remade and got attitude. She said all food is put out five minutes after its ordered and i said well is a pick up time at 11:45 not 1135. Ten minutes in their hot restaurant makes a smoothie melt.

I have never had a good experience at this Panera bread. The staff is rude. I just order a turkey sandwich without onions and sure enough, it has onions on it. We also ended up with an extra sandwich, not sures whose it was supposed to be. On a previous time here my wife found sort in her salad. We called and told them about it and they told us to come in and they'll give us another one. We came in 4 days later (my wife had and they told us someone else had claimed it already.

Consisten taste..well presented but very pricy

The food is average, the coffee is good, but the app is not user friendly. I uploaded a gift card and couldn't access it. The manager made things right by comping my coffee. I have a call into the gift card department and they said it will be at least 3 days to straighten out the situation. I requested a coupon for an upcoming visit this weekend and they complied. Great management follow through, but I shouldn't have had to deal with it in the first place. Starbucks app is the benchmark for other companies.

No thought or effort put into the making of the food. I received a Mediterranean bowl to-go that was 1/4 full. Pitiful. This is my second experience like this!

I love panera. Their soups and pannini sand is my favorite. Chicken wild rice soup is the best.

Coffee wasnt very hot.Great service otherwise

Very cheerful hostess happily acknowledged a free coffee I was given by the regional corporate Panera. She offered any size and didn't let me assume because it was free I was only getting a small cup to fill. Pleasant experience. I'll return. Thank you

I used to get their chicken noodle soup when the broth was thicker. They changed it several years ago so the only thing I get anymore are bagels or pastries😞
